The place isn’t well kept. I understand that it’s an old warehouse being used to hold events, however a little painting and updating can be done. The outside looks like a jungle the grass is over grown, weeds are as tall as trees, and there trash all around. Floors were sticky, the air conditioner does not work. We were all super sweaty it was cooler outside than in the event hall. They only give you 2 trash bags for the entire event, you need to provide your own if you fill up the two they give you. They do not provide paper towels in the bathrooms and only give 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, if you run out, you must provide your own. Parking situation is not good, they have a small parking lot in the back of the warehouse of which isn’t well maintained nor does it have any lighting other than the street lights, you also have to share with the other venue guests, as well as a cars from the mechanic shop. Was part of a recent event at this location & attended several events prior. I, personally, would not use this facility for any reason. On the day of decorating the bar area was sticky, garbage bags were left, tables were sticky & floor not vacuumed. We waited 2 hours for extra tables & was told to seat 10 at tables that comfortably seat 8. Curtains were either incomplete or falling.The worst part was seeing the several mice run around near the bar area & DJ area. Outside the facility there was garbage in the limited green area & the front sign on the deck area was unappealing. There is only 1 ladies' & 1 gentlemens' bathroom, and again not very clean. The VIP couch was nasty! Stains & stickiness make it a "sit at your own risk" situation. A plus was that the place is cheap, security is provided & the staff tries to be helpful. I cannot recommend renting this location. They provided a terrible service. They rent the place dirty. The venue is poorly maintained. The exterior resembles a jungle, with overgrown grass, weeds towering like trees, and litter scattered everywhere.
