One word…luxurious. Upon entering the environment is calming. The staff is friendly, the music is very zen and the space is aromatic in a subtle way. The space is intentional and wonderfully aesthetic. This appointment was a little gift for my boyfriend so I did not actually get the treatment. We specifically chose this location because they do the microscope analysis before going into your scalp facial. When we entered we got right into it. His scalp was examined and it was so interesting to see it so magnified and also impressive to listen to the specialist evaluate the scalp and choose a specific treatment to remedy his scalp situation. While that was happening he was given an apple cider vinegar shot. It’s a very small and intimate space but definitely not a space you will feel crowded. It almost felt like a private experience even though there was another client. He said that it was very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He did get a little warm because the bed was heated and he was under a soft blanket. Don’t be afraid to let the specialist know if you need the temperature adjusted. I also suggest wearing loose comfy clothes because they will massage you up to your shoulders and down your arms. Wear something that is easy to take on and off. I got to observe a chunk of the facial and the specialist really took care in her movements and was very thorough. I believe her name was Josie. There was a short moment where he was abruptly taken out of the relaxation trance because the water got too hot. All to say, don’t ever feel like you can’t speak up to adjust. After I left him to enjoy the rest of his treatment, I headed downstairs to their tea lounge. It is such a thoughtful touch to the whole experience. The couch is very cozy and there is complimentary tea and hot coco. Very easy to lose track of time down there. The blow dry room is also located downstairs next to the tea lounge. Since my boyfriend has short hair and normally doesn’t dry his hair anyways, we did not use this amenity. He already can’t wait to go back and add it to his routine. I know I will definitely be going with him next time for myself.

Review This was hands down one of the most relaxing experiences of my life! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in a serene little paradise. The space is absolutely gorgeous—everything is so well thought out and inviting. They greeted me with a welcome drink (such a cute touch!) and offered hot cocoa or tea, which made me feel so cozy right away. My provider, Manuela, was so attentive and took the time to explain the whole process, which helped me fully relax and enjoy every single moment. I felt like I didn’t have to think about a thing, and I could just let go. And oh my gosh, the blow-drying station with the Shark FlexStyle Pro? OBSESSED. It was such a fun bonus that made the whole experience feel even more luxurious. I’m giving this place a solid 100/10. I’ll definitely be back and am already telling all my friends to book an appointment. If you’re looking for an incredible self-care experience, this is it! Trust me, babes, you’ll be obsessed.

My husband and I booked the Signature Scalp Facial for Two, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The ambiance was serene, and the attention to detail in every part of the service was exceptional.

The treatment began with a personalized scalp analysis, which was both informative and eye-opening. Sarah and Crystal guided us through each step, making us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. The scalp massage, combined with upper body work, halo therapy, scalp steaming, and aromatherapy (we both chose eucalyptus - so refreshing!) created a sense of deep calm we didn’t even realize we needed. The mini facial was the perfect compliment.

One of the highlights was seeing the before and after photos of our hair follicles (what a difference!). They also shared helpful tips on how to keep our scalps clean and healthy at home.

This was a fantastic couples experience. It was relaxing, educational, and luxurious. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to decompress and give their scalp the care...

This is a lovely spa my sister and I enjoyed it. It is worth noting however, they don’t have the tools at this place to accommodate those with 3b or coarser hair. My sisters hair is very fine so they had no issue with her hair however even though i came with my 3c Hair deranged, post wash they were not able to brush out my hair nor were their brushes tough enough for me to brush my hair. Their blow dryers are also not inclusive to coarser hair types. They also do not provide advice based off of various hair types. My servicer told me to wash my hair 2 times a week.. which is not standard or healthy for my hair type. It felt like they were giving advice based off of one hair standard not bassed off of the spectrum of hair types that I know come into their place. If you have coarser hair you may want to look for more inclusive places and in the meantime hopefully this place hires a more diverse workforce and purchase a more diverse set of tools along with educating themselves on...
