Update 9/2025: Can't believe I've been at Senergy for almost 3 years now! And I'm even more committed to my gym family at Senergy than ever before. On average, I attend 5-6 classes a week, and since joining, I've completely transformed my body, losing almost 50 lbs and cutting my body fat percentage almost in half!

It's truly become a non-negotiable part of my fitness, and one I intend to continue for a long time.

Update 8/2024: 20 months at Senergy, still going strong! I'm continuing to set goals for myself and am hitting them consistently with the support of the team at Senergy. It's truly my fitness family! August 2023: Senergy Fitness promises to deliver "UNBELIEVABLE RESULTS and an UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE." Well, I've been training at Senergy since January 2023 and can say that, without a doubt, they deliver on this promise in ways I never expected! In the last 8 months, I've achieved a level of fitness and physique that literally has people stopping me on the street and asking what I've been doing.

About a year ago, I found myself feeling discouraged by a lack of progress at my former gym. A neighbor, who is in excellent physical shape, raved about the gym he had been going to for a few years and swore by their HIIT classes and semi-private strength training for helping him be in the best shape of his life. After a few months of going back-and-forth on trying it out, I finally bit the bullet. I wish I had done it sooner because it was the best decision I've made about my health and fitness in a very long time.

The reason Senergy delivers on its promise is its staff. They're as invested as you are in your fitness goals and provide incredible guidance, motivation, and accountability for you every step of the way. The studio is owned by a family, and you can tell because it FEELS like a family. The way Bobby and Stacy build community into the culture at Senergy is really powerful, and it's absolutely part of what makes this gym an unforgettable experience with unbelievable results. Not only do you want to go to class because of the community, but you want to push yourself to limits you didn't think possible, all because that community believes in and supports you!

Senergy has been part of my life for over 7 years now, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without it. What started as a way to shake up my routine has turned into something I look forward to every week. The trainers are still as motivating and knowledgeable as ever, and the workouts continue to evolve, always challenging, never boring.

I now go later in the day instead of the early 5:30AM classes, but the energy, music, and pace are still perfect to keep me pushing. I average about 5 days a week, and it has become an anchor in my schedule. Whether you’re brand new or a long-time regular, the staff and community make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Many of the trainers even jump in and sweat alongside you, which says a lot about the culture they’ve built.

After years of long-distance running, hockey, and lacrosse, I had lost motivation in a typical “gym” setting. Senergy gave that spark back and has kept it going for years. I highly recommend it. Without question, one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself.

Senergy has been great. I have been working out there for about 6 months and honestly don't know what i would do without it. After being a long distance runner and hockey player for many years, I was bored and unmotivated working out at "the gym." I found out day 1 that this place is different. The trainers work you hard but I really enjoy it - and it seems that everyone does. The workouts change daily, are timed right and have the perfect music to keep you going. For the first time in years, i wake up excited to go and that's a big leap for me since i wasn't much of a morning person and now am a regular at the 5:30AM class. That's right, 5:30AM - Fired up to take on the day after working out. The Staff is excellent and many time will join the workout with you, if they aren't teaching. Since writing my last review, I've added on a weekly semi-private training with Bobby to take my health and fitness to the next level. I could not be more pleased with the transformation. Senergy truly applies a whole-picture view to fitness, helping me understand my macros, recommending activities based on my personal goals, and keeping me accountable. The classes are still challenging in the best way, but if you're ready to level up in 2025, consider adding semi-private sessions. You'll never look back!

Senergy Fitness is tucked away in a nondescript shopping center off Old Alabama Connector where it meets Mansell, but once you step inside, it's an entirely new world. Not only are the workouts a great challenge for all skill levels, what truly distinguishes this place from the other gyms and personal trainings I've been a part of is the sense that we are all family. I know it's been said in other reviews, but it really is true: the owners Bobby and Stacy are always excited to see you, they workout alongside you, and take a sincere interest in your progress. In fact, all the trainers here are motivating and keep classes fun and challenging! My fellow gym-mates are also very encouraging and help contribute to this wonderful community by giving you a high-five after completing a workout and, if it's the last class of the day, helping put away the equipment for the next day of nothing but the HIITs.

My wife and her sister have been coming here for a while before I decided to try it for myself one Friday morning. That particular workout kicked my butt, but I continued to come back, and I'm really glad I did, because I already have more energy and am seeing a transformation in how I look and feel.
