Love the performances and building, but their "phone manners" when calling for information is sadly lacking, and obviously they do not care about the elderly, also. Another reviewer has state, "minimal seating and access for people in wheelchairs." They would like to see performances, also, so why not have more access for these patrons, also? I hope your new chairs Will include more of access for those...

Incredible theatre. The beautiful and intricate design of this massive theatre is awe-inspiring. We have only been to one performance but they hit it out of the park. And the staff talked with us all about the history of the theatre's creation. A wonderful experience and we will for sure be going again.
