Lane Bryant Outlet — Attraction in Altoona

This is the 2nd time I have visited the Altoona Outlet Lane Bryant and was my last. Both times I went in planning to buy 2 bras and an oversized sleep shirt. Both times I walked out with nothing. The reason, no one acknowledged me when I went in the store, no one acknowledged me when I was looking though bras and no one acknowledge me when I went to sleep shirts. Both times it was the same person behind the counter chatting with 2 other associates. I was very disappointed. They were scrolling though pictures on cell phones. I was at the Altoona Lane Bryant almost a week ago. I was bra shopping. Had multiple bras on BOTH arms with no offer of help from 3 ladies working there. I was trying on and got no help of "can I help you with a different size" or " how are you doing" walked out of dressing room holding 2 I think I wanted but wanted to try a different size of another and as I stand there TWICE the lady walked by without acknowledging me. I finally asked if someone could get a size down off top for me. Reluctantly she did. I was very upset with my experience. I would understand this behavior, although still not right, from younger generation but these ladies were my age 50s 60ish. Probably will not...

We had the lovely Karrah helping my mother and myself. Karrah was very knowledgeable about the fitting process for under garments. She was so helpful. I enjoyed being helped by her. Karrah made the whole clothes shopping thing fun and a breeze.

The store was clean and the fitting rooms were pretty spacious and clean.

Had some great deals also going on when we were there. It was worth the trip.
