I needed to exchange 4 pairs of pants because I bought them when I was bigger in August. Unfortunately, I had some medical issues happen that caused a 40lb weight loss in 2 months and a half. One of those many symptoms was lightheadedness so I didn't trust myself to drive. Therefore, I couldn't return these pants before their 30 day return policy. I was hoping that they would do an exchange for the same pants, just a smaller size. I was hopeful because I overheard one of the cashier's do a return for merchandise that had been over 30 days in the customer's possession. So when I talked to a cashier (not the same one who did the return) she said she couldn't do it bc it was over 30 days. I told her I wasn't returning just exchanging sizes. Still couldn't. So then I asked them why did the other lady get a return and not me. She said she wasn't the cashier who had handled that. True that, this woman was a team lead but not willing to hear me out.
