Vera Bradley Outlet — Attraction in Altoona

Hard pressed to remember such poor customer service. Walked into the store, three employees and zero people. Not one said hello, but all looked at us. They continued chatting among themselves, didn’t ask if we needed anything. When I asked about a price, one employee nodded in the direction of a scanner, and told me to scan for price. Didn’t bother to help us figure it out. Another group came in while we were in the store, and they got the same treatment, so apparently at least they don’t discriminate. Meanwhile every other store we walked into about fell over trying to help us. Which is what some call Iowa nice. Bera Bradley Altoona missed the memo. Will shop the online outlet...

Very friendly staff, very excellent people. I will say those products that they say probably for women, ladies and not for men. But overall I love their product with a radiant colors. From purses to wallets and umbrellas. If you have a chance to visit the store to buy your wife a present I recommend this store....

Came in today without a mask (as I am unable to wear one) and was asked to social distance, but was permitted to shop. However, the employees (3?) Right by the door were NOT "socially distanced" and were pretty rude to me. Frankly, I don't care if they are distanced, but at least be polite to...
