Good sales, but one cashier was neither helpful, nor respectful, and lied to the customer. I went shopping at the store yesterday and made a purchase using Samsung Pay, as usual, but one cashier (looks a little senior, black women with short hair) refused to accept it even though the correct receipt was automatically printed out and I showed her the related pending transaction on my credit card account as well. I then asked her if she could call to check if the payment went through, but she said she was not able to do that due to it's a Sunday (It's proved to be a lie), I also offered to leave my contact info. etc and other suggestions, trying to solve the issue, and asked her if she could provide any solution, but she didn't take any suggestions and didn't give me any solution either, with her facial expression clearly showing that she was winning the argument... The process took about 10 minutes. When we were stuck there, a nice and professional young lady solved the problem by simply making a phone call and confirming that my payment actually went through!...

When about to pay, I noticed an older Asian couple- the woman was yelling and mistreating the cashier (who was also the manager). I’ve heard stories about Karens but never seen or been in a situation involving someone so enraged and entitled. I have no words for such a nasty behavior towards someone who is just doing her job.
