Anaheim Public Library - Sunkist Branch — Attraction in Anaheim

Ugh, this place is disgusting. The staff are some of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever seen in a library, or really anywhere. Firstly, they speak AT FULL VOLUME, yelling at each other…in a LIBRARY.

Secondly, they seem to not care about the job at all since I was patiently waiting to check out a book and the heavyset gal with the colored hair was just talking up with some of her friends(?), just laughing and not caring. Another one the employees saw I was waiting and helped me, but was complaining to the colored hair girl that “she had to work now” bc of her. What the hell is this place???

I get that they are volunteering but this is highly unprofessional for this kind of environment. Between that and the kids constantly running around unsupervised, this place makes the Yorba Linda Public Library look like a day spa. DO...

Never a problem. Used the computers a couple of times with no issues. Cost of printing a page a extremely low. Librarians helped out without hesitation. Just avoid going there in the 2-pm hour when the school next door lets out. All the parents use the library parking for their own personal pick up zones since their kids are too bloated to walk anywhere and they seem to be oblivious to other cars around. They have to be picked up cause the Boogie Man might get them.

Only complaint is the reduces hours and opening at noon. However, we can understand...

The librarians are really rude in general. Also I got a book from the library on Broadway and harbor, but since Sunkist library is closer to my house I dropped it off there. The librarian checked it when I handed it to her and days later they called telling me I damaged the book with water. So I went over there and told the lady maybe they did it and she got mad. Either way I didn't end up paying 20 dollars for it cause I went to argue at the Broadway...
