UPDATE: 8/14/25 I had a nice conversation with the owner (I think it was) about their system, the pizza having all the goodies in the middle, etc. as described last month. He was very apologetic. This time, everything went well. We didn't, though, try using the automated system or delivery, but ordered directly through their website and picked it up. The pizza was back to its normal, great self. Thanks for hearing me, Pepz. We'll give the automated way a try again eventually. šŸ˜‰ 7/14/25 Sadly disappointed... We have been going there, ordering for delivery or pick up, for decades and have always loved the pizza there. Now AI answers the phone when you call. AI doesn't know what a medium special is, so you have to keep asking for it using different words until AI gets it right. And it leads you to believe it is adding several pizzas to the order, when it's not. There is no option to pay over the phone anymore. The delivery person was very nice, but they have a new payment system that doesn't work well...lots is steps to just add a top and pay. Neither Clover nor Square are so complex. We ordered the 16" which used to be large, as we found out when we saw how big it was in person. About 3" of crust along the edge has scarce to no toppings. The slice pictured actually has an olive or two in the area, which was unusual. It was like they used the same amount of toppings as they would for a medium and put it on a large crust. It used to be so easy to order, pay and have it delivered, and the pizza used to be exceptional. I hope they ditch AI and go back to the easy, efficient way they had before and return to making quality pizzas that have toppings all the way to the edge.

I can't believe I just found this place! Located just 10 minutes away from Disneyland, this spot is a must-try for anyone in the area. I ordered a mix of items and everything was absolutely delicious. First off, the barbecue pullled pork sandwich was a standout – tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoky. The cubano sandwich was bomb!!! Now for the pizzas – I tried the Mickey Mouse pizza (so fun and tasty!) and the barbecue pizza. The bbq sauce was asking! Both were fantastic, with the crust being just the right amount of crispy and the toppings fresh and generous. I really wish I'd discovered this place earlier during my trip! It’s a great alternative to the typical tourist spots and well worth the short drive from Disneyland. I’ll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

First time here and came to eat before going to Disneyland. All the staff was very courteous and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. We ordered Detriot style pepperoni pizza and green salad. The Detroit pizza comes with 8 square slices, I believe good for 3 people. The small green salad can serve two people. Their ranch is on a different level of deliciousness! The pizza was really good and they offered us chopped jalapeƱos and gave it a crisps and spicy twist. Thank you Pizza Prepz for a great meal. Highly recommend and will be returning. We are regular annual pass holders at Disneyland and I would highly recommend this place for affordable and favorable meal.

I was embarrassed by this restaurant and ruin my own reputation with my students, faculty, staff and colleagues. Every end of the class module or semester, i throw a pizza party. Here is my story that happened yesterday (01/31/19)

First of all I ordered through grub hub and delivery has not even been an issue for the past year I ordered from this place with no issue and problems. Every 5 weeks I paid for about anywhere between $68-$150 plus for deliver to a college for my students to enjoy their pizza. Today (01/31/19) they not only lost my business and relationship as a customer, they lost any future business from me.

Based on today (01/31/19) during earlier morning to early afternoon around 12pm. I was so embarrassed in front of my students, fellow staff and colleagues because management and their employees made an excuse that their new employee never put in the order.

I’m so glad I called at 11:45am or so to find out the status of what is going on. I was told by some jerk that it’s not my fault it’s because of a new worker, we could put it in now and it will be there by 1:30pm.

Of course I was mad and i shouted and said, ā€œ whatā€, so you take my money ļæ½ and order is not fullfilled and you giving me attitude. I told them you lost my business and he says to me over the phone, ā€œgood I don’t need customers like you.ā€

If I could give this review a negative 1000 I would and I would go as far as this business should teach their employees and management about customer service, empathy, and how to take responsibility instead of blaming new employees and blame the weather and the grub hub and ask why so mad.?

I place 3 orders (2 of which was ordered several days in advance on grub hub. 1 was orders at 7 am) spent over $80 for pizza not to be delivered and never was going to be delivered if I hadn’t called. They inconvenience my students to drive in the rain to go there to eat the pizza ļæ½ there instead of having them delivered. Why are they even on grub hub. ? I’m going. To complain to grub hub and any other eatery app that has this place on their app for delivery.

Never as of 01/31/19 going back and using...

Food was so good! I got a 8 inch of pepperoni and the wings were amazing. Only complaint I could have is the manager and customer service! My friend got the lunch special it didn’t really specify what time they do there lunch special as there’s no times on the menu. She had gotten her two slices of pizza and they were very stale and cold. I got my wings first but waited a good 10 minutes for my pizza and drink that I ordered with my wings. When my pizza had came out I let the food runner know that my friends pizza tasted very old. He said that they make their pizza at 11 and that’s just how it is. And all they do is warm it up in a microwave. That’s totally fine if that’s the case but my friend did not want to eat that pizza and no where were we told the pizza was going to be stale and 4 hours old. That could definately be our fault being tourists and not knowing the time they make there pizzas at for lunch special but I don’t really think anyone would ever pay $12 for stale cold pizza even if it is a ā€œgood dealā€ so we had let the manager know what was going on and instead of helping us find a solution she was just kind of like maybe get here earlier next time. I told her my friend isn’t going to eat it, we didn’t mind paying for the side salad and drink. She ended up leaving for a good 10-15 minutes to figure on the kiosk out how to adjust the check to charge us $7 for the drink and side salad. Like I said it was our idea to pay for the two and just get the pizza out of there but I do feel like good customer service would be to say ā€œhey the side salad and drink is on us today since you received cold and stale pizza!ā€ I spent a good $40 on tipping them, a drink, wings, and pizza. Whereas my other friend also spent atleast $20 on wings and potatoes. Just a shame because the food was awesome but I don’t understand why businesses treat younger people like they don’t matter sometimes. But other than that I...

I come here pretty regularly. The food is good although a little pricey but never had a complaint about the food. The servers have serious attitudes though. Last time we came it was on my lunch break, I work in the same shopping center and have been coming here for lunch for the last 6 years. There were only 2 other tables with customers and they were in the 2 opposite corners from us. None of the employees were wearing masks and the one server kept walking by my table to go to the far table. After 5 or 6 passes I asked if he could walk the other way around to get to that table because of no mask and he turned to look at the taller blonde girl with dark make up and shrugged his shoulder with a smirk. Then he walked the other way to deliver their food. The girl then yelled from behind the counter to me and asked what the problem was. So I repeated that no one was wearing masks and I requested the server take the other route to that table. She said "just so you know we're all vaccinated here so..." I said it doesn't matter and you don't know if all the people you come into contact with all day is vaccinated and you can still pass it to others even if you're vaccinated. She said (still yelling from behind the bar) I don't see what the problem is if we're all vaccinated. I said "again, that doesn't matter and this shouldn't be a problem." And she rolled hers eyes and continued with what she was doing. I told my friend that I was eating with that I'm not comfortable coming back here and that that was very rude and a terrible way to handle a simple request. I haven't been back and doubt I will. I've worked in customer service my whole life even in restaurants and as a server and have NEVER treated a...
