Drive Thru Express Car Wash — Attraction in Anaheim

I've been coming here for more than 5 years, and has been my favorite location ever since, finally one day after a while I decide to come back just to vacuum a quick small mess I made on my seat and buy a scented tree from them, and immediately as I pull in I get harrased by a young guy by approaching me or engaged in a argument right away like I did something really wrong, I'm like can't I vacuum and decide to buy a scented little tree after? it's a young guy with short curly hair and glasses and hey forces and kicks me out of the lot, I told him I can't wash it thru the drive thru since I'm having steering issues and it's broken steering parts, and he didn't care to even let me just vaccum a quick mess and leave or to even buy a little tree scent, he refused service, I even asked kindly just this time and he didn't even care and he just was laughing straight in my face and he started to use his phone while working and to video record me without my consent, and he threat me to call the cops on me, when I didn't do anything wrong.

All I wanted was to buy a little tree and vacuum but I couldn't enter the drive thru wash due to some mechanical car issues. Like someone can't just come in to buy car scents and vacuum? Or else we get forced out and threaten by...

Not very helpful if you ask the employees for anything. Cool because the vacuums are free and stay on but there was soap left on the car after the drive thru wash and when we asked the employees what we could do they said they didn't know and one laughed and said to use a towel but when asked if they had any they said they didn't know or didn't have any. When I rephrased the question and asked if they sold them they said yes and I asked where and they said they weren't sure. I did eventually find and buy the towel and it worked out. I was more or less irritated about the lack of help from the people who worked there more so than the soap not getting washed off Entirely and figured they should've been able to help or at the very least point us in the right direction. But I was mistaken. Other than this mishap this place seems pretty nice and it's simple. You don't have to drive the car forward here. it actually works on a belt and you can just put your car in neutral and it does the rest which is nice. Costs 7-10 bucks depending on the...

$1448.91 cost of demages to your car if you dont read this! The place and two staffs were nice. But there are two pay stations. I went through the right station right after an Asian lady went through the left one. After the drive thru car wash, the lady only moved and stopped her car 1 - 2 feet out of the driveway, then the auto moving track kept moving my car forward. In order to avoid hitting her rear bumper, I could only braked my car, which caused my car pop on the track violently. Repeatly the auto moving track pushed my car five times but the lady still didnt move her car and no staff helped to move her even though I horned and spoke loudly to ask her to move her car.

After such violent popping by the auto moving track (with Ka ka ka sounds), my car's left front lower control arm and right axle had to be replaced in less than 3 days, which caused me $1448.91!
