Crest Motel — Hotel in Anaheim

Jay is a wonderful manager! He has helped me out big-time on a few different occasions! I found myself in a horrible situation and if it wasn't for Jay and his kindness , My cats and I would of been homeless! He is quick to fix anything that gets reported that needs fixing and he always makes sure that people who aren't staying here, don't park in our spots! I'm going to miss Jay very much! Wonder guy...

Manager was a jerk and I was just picking up family that was visiting from outta town and ended up getting chased of property verry poorly kept building also parking is terrible there over priced and under kept if you ask me last i found it very strange that my cuzin had to let maintenance in her room to access storage it was very akward every time I had to go pick up or drop...

So the manager charges more than he's suppose to for the rooms and pockets the money. Definitely not worth it for the price. There is a roach problem plus they are very rude and extremely hard to communicate with due to them not speaking English. How ever I did see that they can say "I call the police " very fluently when he was threating a guest...
