Going to have to agree with a lot of the later posts. New management comes in and buys up the place because it's so popular. And then promptly ruins everything that made that place so popular.
Prices have been hiked quite a lot. Now they push their monthly plans onto you. They no longer have people that help in drying your car, which means everyone takes longer now since they have to do that and still vacuum their car. So whenever you are finished with the wash, you find yourself without a spot to park your car to use their vacuum services and/or dry things up. So either you have to choose to move on and leave your car wet or wait until something becomes available, which there's barely any space for.
And of course, even though they completely rebranded the outside of the place, they have changed absolutely nothing about the car wash itself. Still the same machines as before. Still the same equipment. Nothing is new where it matters for that. Some parts are actually worse, such as the water pressure. And the person charging you no longer gives you wipes to help you clean your dashboard or even an air freshener if you buy their most expensive plan, anymore. But I guess they at least have an iPad to charge you with now? So, hurrah?
And they also no longer advertise their prices as they used to on the entrance, because I'm sure a lot of people would just turn back around when they saw those. And now they ask for... a tip. Before even giving the service. So, ya know. Fun.
In short, new management comes in and takes away all of the things that made it work so well. Even though they bought the place due to that. Because they "know better". I'm definitely not coming back here. It's just a soulless...
Read moreNot the same car wash anymore, “Cruisers” new staff new owner and new look. Any reviews before mine are from the previous car wash. This one is not affordable anymore. They dont list their prices so you can see before going in like before. A lady walks up to you and tries to sell you a membership on a tablet. Its basically a whole sales pitch. I waited like 3-4 minutes while she sold the guy in front of me a membership. I looked at the prices, backed out and left along with other long time “Cruisers car wash” customers. Never seen so many others backing out and leaving in one sitting. Their current prices are almost double than before. Starting at $8 for the basic and most expensive one at $22!!! Be wary of car washes that dont list prices visible before entering. They want to lure you in and trap you with other cars behind so you cant back out once you see their price menu on the tablet haha. Reminds me of those pesky door salesman that dont take no for an answer, i would doubt that once you pay they ask for a “tip” on that tablet haha I went there every week and was a loyal customer to “Cruisers” this is not the same business and they kept the same ratings from the previous place....
Read moreI recently visited Mister Car Wash expecting a top-notch experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed.
The new machines and prices are definitely not worth the cost compared to the old Car Wash Cruizers. The quality of the wash seemed lacking.
One of the aspects I appreciated about Car Wash Cruizers was the professionalism of the staff and the assistance provided in drying the car. However, at Mister Car Wash, the employees seemed disinterested, spending more time on their phones than attending to customers' needs.
Furthermore, I was taken aback by the attempt to force customers to display a sticker on their windshields. Not only is this unsightly, but it's also an imposition on personal vehicle aesthetics. What's more concerning is the ultimatum given: I was informed that if I didn't adhere to this request, my refund would be denied, and I wouldn't be allowed back until the sticker was placed on my windshield.
Overall, my experience at Mister Car Wash fell short of expectations. I hope they take customer feedback into account and work on improving their services to regain the level of satisfaction that Car Wash Cruizers...
