I was working out consistently with my best friend at 24 hour fitness for over 8 years since high school. My body plateaued because I was always doing the same exercises. After just a few few months at Hardcore Fitness, I noticed a HUGE transformation. This is the best gym around hands down. The trainers are incredible! They take out all of the guess work when it comes to nutrition and training you so that you actually get results. All fitness levels workout here from people who want to be body builders to extremely overweight individuals. They are able to help everyone make lifestyle changes and have had amazing transformations.
The Boot Camp is weight-lifting and like personal training in a group setting. The trainers design the workouts and coach you through them, correcting your form, and motivating you. They have never done the same workout more than once. This keeps it fun and challenging so you break past plateaus.
The Fight Camp is great because I can relieve stress by hitting some bags and pushing myself to the limit. It is a kick-boxing inspired HIIT Cardio class with everything from heavy bags to battle ropes and Airdyne Bikes. I have burned over 1100 calories in just 1 hour! You wear a heart rate monitor and they have a software that tracks everyone's Heart Rates and calories burned. It is so much fun and you leave a sweaty mess feeling so accomplished.
I love that I have unlimited access and can do multiple classes a day when I am feeling really good. The culture is probably my favorite thing about this place. Everyone from the staff to the members are truly like family. Everyone is supportive of each other and it is so easy to create relationships and make friends. I was so hesitant in signing up to this Gym only because of how focused they are with strength training and weights however when speaking with Rich and seeing how confident he was in not only his Gym, his workouts, his Team, and everyoneâs knowledge I felt convinced to join. Every Trainer is different and every Trainer is great in their own way. Despite it being âgroup classesâ you are still able to get 1:1 attention and help with forms or explanations during the workouts PLUS they will demonstrate the workout and have videos playing to also help you during your workouts so youâre supper supported during the workouts. They offer full body workouts as well as HIT, boxing, and booty speciality classes. They also have a home Gym in which you have access to use. The Gym itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing! I attended afternoon workouts so I get the pleasure of seeing Deborah every afternoon and getting to check in with her before and after my workouts. She plays an instrumental part in this process and also offers 1:1 coaching which helps you stay on track and keeps you accountable. Next door, you have Revive & Restore which offers a wide range of recovery options. They have Dulce who on top of being a Trainer somewhere manages to do their marketing and takes photos/videos for the Gym then creates beautiful work within mins.    Read moreI knew about Hardcore Fitness for months because It kept on showing on my social media feed. I never did strength training and to be honest I am not interested in heavy weight lifting. Finally, after so many years I decided to try boot camp at a another place near my work because I did it with co-workers... I hated it the workouts at that place but I was sure that I wanted to continue to train and exercise. Well, I called Hardcore Fitness Anaheim to get info and went to visit the location and signed up right on the spot! I was nervous because I committed myself for a year not knowing the gym. I was not sure if I was going to like it or hate it and get stuck with it but I am glad I did!. You can train at your own capacity and they won't push/force you to heavy weights, it is for all levels of fitness, trainers will modify and listen to your concerns to accommodate you even if you have injuries.
I loved the workouts, the music, the classes offered aside from just boot camp and the extended hours for their scheduled classes. I have been coming to work out for 4 months already. My original goal was just to get back into working out on a regular basis but I have seen results that it was not expecting or seen happening when I was working out on my own.
Now, I have set some specific goals for myself and I started working out with a PT aside from my boot camp classes just because I like this gym and the workouts so much. All the trainers are great and always great workouts.
