Visit 7/29/2025 I've been coming to this place for the last ten years and boy, oh boy was today's experience different! Soooo many things went wrong.... i purchased tickets online and was charged for $47.50 per ticket when it was only supposed to be $41.50. The first thing I did was go to customer service. I explained the situation and the manager was able to help me out. She told me she could give me the difference on a game card that could be used for any purchase. I was happy to accept. Then when I went to the snack counter, I was then told by a higher manager that in fact I could NOT use that card for food purchases. when I initiated the request for the refund for the difference, she issued the wristband and the 3 hours were starting from that point. I explained that I was not ready to start the clock because we were going to eat and I didn't want to kill a whole hour... She didn't seem empathetic. She told me that the time could not be changed. After some more back and forth and further persistence, she agreed to cancel the wristbands and reissue when I was ready. I appreciated that but it shouldn't have been so difficult to reach that outcome. on my second visit to the snack bar, three out of the five flavors of their dipping dot type of ice cream was out. Then I asked for a milkshake- the milkshake that's advertised all over the snack bar. The guy tells me and they're out. So then I ask for an ice cream, and all three ice creams that I wanted were not available. Then I gave up on the ice cream. My husband wanted a hot dog so I ordered that. I sat down and 15 minutes later my number was called for the hot dog. I went up to the counter, only to be told that they did not have hot dogs either! I just wanted him to tell me what they actually had! Also on their fun card, it is advertised as having Unlimited uses of their attractions and the arcade. Not true. You will get an arcade card that is only loaded with 30 credits. That's not my definition of unlimited play. Too many things went wrong today. They seem short-staffed as we had to wait for people to show up to everything. There was a huge number of what looked like new hires, I hope that improves the...
Read moreWe took our son here today cause he has been begging to come back with me(father)! So we came and the weather was cold, little windy and started to sprinkle rain. Not parks issue, but we went in to customers service and they were very friendly and helpful, they refunded our mini golf tickets, allowed us to keep out arcade purchases. The staff inside the castle were pretty friendly and helpful. Now the castle inside itself needs a major upgrade. The paint was old, carpet needs major cleaning, upstairs needs new air system( they have a dozen or so portable air units in top floor) the air was stale, it also had weird vibes up there! Couldn’t play the laser tag, wasn’t open! The arcade area needs upgrades as well, a lot of games either weren’t working, unavailable (system down) or old! The card systems for reload or purchase were either frozen and wouldn’t change screens, sometimes the card readers wouldn’t take the tap, and had to keep going back to customer service to reload cards! The staff were pretty apologetic to the situation and agreed things good be better! One thing that I was really surprised was how the food selection and taste was! We did order the pizza (sausages and pepperoni), it did take a bit to be made and delivered out but it was fully cooked and it was really good! Prices weren’t to bad also, I mean better than most places for the quality! Other people there had ordered some wings and fries, they looked and smelled pretty good and the fries looked good and crispy. Now for the cleanings of the place, in the food area, tables were mostly clean but there was a few that food was left over for a while, trash cans could have been taken out and pizza boxes thrown away( I only say cause they weren’t that busy when we were there). Now the real upsets were the public restrooms, stalls were trashed, trash cans were over flowing, and that was for the restrooms in the middle of the arcade area, didn’t check the back ones! The outside restrooms were closed off by warning yellow tape, had no idea what was going on over there! Would we come back???????? I always give a place a second chance, but hopefully they do some or all upgrades...
Read moreWhy We Love Camelot Golfland
Camelot Golfland isn’t just a mini-golf course – it’s a time capsule. It’s a place where neon dragons and crumbling castles have witnessed generations of families making memories, and for us, it’s a place that feels like home.
I’ve been coming here since before my son was born, walking those familiar greens with friends, losing track of time amidst the arcade’s flashing lights and the laughter echoing from the go-kart track. Now, my son is 11, and Camelot is still our go-to spot – a place where we can step away from the chaos and just have fun.
The courses haven’t changed much over the years, and that’s the beauty of it. Those familiar windmills and towering castles are like old friends, steadfast and unchanging. We know every bump, every curve, every trick shot. It’s where my son first learned how to hold a putter, where we’ve had endless rematches, each one more serious than the last.
The arcade is a sensory overload in the best way – a mix of retro classics and new-age games that keep both of us entertained. There’s a certain thrill in watching him discover the same games I played as a kid, his face lighting up as he scores that perfect shot in Skee-Ball or battles his way through the latest fighter game.
And then there’s the food – simple, greasy, and exactly what you crave after a long day of mini-golf and arcade battles. Pizza slices the size of your head, ice-cold sodas, and slushies in every color of the rainbow. It’s not five-star dining, but it’s the taste of childhood – familiar and comforting.
Camelot Golfland is more than just a place to play mini-golf. It’s a place where time slows down, where the sound of laughter and the click of a putter against a neon ball are like echoes of a life well-lived. It’s where I’ve watched my son grow up, one hole-in-one at a time, and where the magic of childhood never...
