I don't recommend this place, it's very disappointing. All the staff were unfriendly. Last week Saturday,When I checked on Google Maps, it said it was free. We arrived on Saturday at 5:16 PM, and the staff told us to buy tickets. While we were walking towards the checkout, I asked her what time they close, and she said 6 PM. I asked how much the tickets cost, and she said $40 for adults, $40 for children over 6 years old, $10 for children aged 3-6, and an additional $10 for each extra activity. I told her that we wouldn’t even be able to play for an hour, so it wasn’t worth it, and that we would come back tomorrow. She gave me a flyer. So the free thing is only the life vest。

The next day, we came back. I saw someone with snacks the day before, so I brought some too. The staff told me that we couldn't bring our own snacks and asked me to put them in the box next to her. I did. At checkout, she charged $40 for my child. I said he had just turned 6, and she said that 6-year-olds are charged the full price. I told her that the flyer her colleague gave me yesterday said that 6-year-olds only pay $10. I showed it to her and said, “The ones on your desk also say $10 for 6-year-olds.” She then, say the system got wrong, right in front of me, started changing them one by one—hundreds of them, can you believe it? She also told me that children under 6 cannot participate in additional activities. I don't know if she did it on purpose because I saw kids younger than mine playing. She said only those over 6 could participate. In the end, we paid $40 x 3 + $30, totaling $150. If you pay in cash, it's $150, but if you pay by card, there's an extra $25 fee. The service attitude was terrible, and there weren’t enough chairs—not nearly enough. VIP seating costs an extra $100. The worst part is that on Sundays, they close at 4:30 PM, but they stopped allowing water activities at 4 PM. So if we had bought tickets yesterday at 5:16 PM, we would have only been able to play for 14 minutes—can you imagine that? It feels like they only care about money. You have to buy food inside, and even children who are underage have to pay full price. There's an additional fee for paying by card. I definitely won’t go back, and I won’t recommend it to friends either. They’re just trying to make a quick buck. If I could give zero stars, I would.By the way,I...

the staff was very first-timer friendly & everyone was very nice & helpful! for $45 you can get all day admission ($35) & 1hr in the obstacle course ($10) & i definitely recommend doing the extra $10 for the course bc without it there's not much to really do other than the baby area, 2 volley ball or 2 tether ball courts, or shallow, gravelly & kinda painful to walk in water. $10 for an hour of pretty much anything fun such as the course, the kayaks & the paddle boards. nowhere to swim unless in the course area towards the back. there's a limited amount of GA seating as 1/2 is VIP seating which remains almost entirely empty the entire time. heads up that GA has fire ants roaming but not sure about VIP. it gets pretty busy during the day time but the crowd was gone by 5p on a thursday. lifeguards weren't watching the water too well after talking to each other & there are areas they cannot see without physically walking over. warning that they may deny entry to anyone caught rough housing on the course for the safety of others around the area. kids under 10 must wear life jackets at all times but it's easy to find a spot to take it off in the 4-14ft range. the restroom arrangement was cute inside but the stalls are TINY, smelled back & were not accommodating to wheelchairs AT ALL either to go up to the restrooms or inside. they have 4 changing rooms outside with no roof & the bottom is open so feels like you're almost exposed. no outside food, drink, or coolers. however they have a store that sells basics such as snacks, drinks, sunscreen, etc. as well as a mexican food truck with birria & aguas frescas. no smoking or vaping even in the parking lot. no loitering in your car. overall i spent about $96 for 2 people & give it 6.5 or 7/10. not the best but worth it to check it out if you're not looking to drive out to the beach or go to a...

We recently had the most amazing day at Adventure Lagoon! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time.

Booking the VIP area was hands down the best decision we made. It gave us a cozy, private spot to relax and stash our stuff. The all-day ice chest was a lifesaver, and they even let us bring our own desserts, which made our family outing extra special.

Adventure Lagoon is truly a gem for family fun. Everything is thoughtfully set up, making it super easy to keep an eye on the kids while still being able to kick back and relax. The clear, refreshing water was perfect for cooling off, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the activities.

The obstacle course was a huge hit—challenging, exciting, and absolutely hilarious as we raced and climbed through it. Plus, the paddleboarding option added a peaceful break from the high-energy fun.

We also ordered two GIANT pizzas, and they were delicious! Plenty of food to keep everyone happy. The whole atmosphere, with great food, awesome facilities, and such a beautiful setting, made it a day to remember.

Adventure Lagoon is the perfect spot for a family outing. The incredible customer service, fun activities, and lovely surroundings made our visit truly unforgettable. We can't wait to go back and make more...
