I HIGHLY recommend Skin Heaven Med Spa. The girls here make me so comfortable and are constantly educating me on the treatments they have available and let me know exactly what will help me to get the results I’m looking for. As someone who isn’t used to going to med spas or getting treatments for body contour or even regular facials, I love how inviting these women are to encourage me to keep taking care of myself and implement self care as a requirement for myself.

I started off coming in just to get their hydra facials which always uplifted the brightness of my face and overall feel of my skin. I had gotten facials elsewhere in the past that was just such a waste, it turned me off to it. But I actually felt moisturized and revitalized with clean pores at Skin Heaven. I then decided to try their fat freeze services when it was there at the time. They were so informative and made me comfortable to trust them with discussing all areas of my stubborn fat & didn’t make me feel embarrassed about anything. I followed their instructions on post treatment care and my results were absolutely UNBELIEVABLE, even to them! They were hyping me up so much and congratulated me on my hard work in doing my part.

Shortly after, they upgraded to now offering treatments with Evolve Trim, Tone & X. I wanted to continue body contouring with them, so Rachel set me up for Evolve X. At first I was nervous because it was completely different from how fat freeze works, and uses heat instead of cold. But she broke it down for me and Brandy also gave me reassurance of how the process works.

My main girl through my treatments has been Adriana. She has been such an amazing guide through my treatments! I get the treatments in my abdomen & she makes sure to always ask me what areas I want to focus on during each treatment to help me get the results I want. She championed me since day one to make sure I reach the highest levels I can so that I don’t baby the process, this way each treatment is maximized. My results have been so awesome! She always makes sure to check that I am comfortable too and will apply extra gel to any areas that may be getting dry to avoid feeling any burn. She mentally prepared me on day one so that I knew what to expect and this way I was able to come in on my next treatment confidently.

So far, after 4 treatments I feel awesome, I can definitely see a difference and so can my husband. It’s been improving how I feel when I look in the mirror each day, in addition to me showing up for myself by eating clean and working out. As long as I do my part, I know Skin Heaven will do theirs. I cannot express how much I regret not coming into this place sooner. I originally came across Skin Heaven Med Spa through someone I went to college with. It wasn't until this past summer when I finally decided to check them out and purchase a 6 laser hair removal session, while they still had their summer special. I have had 5 sessions so far and have absolutely LOVED the results. I've seen a huge difference in the reduction of hair growth and the best part is that it has been painless. It feels like multiple mini static shocks on the body that tickles more than hurts. I also love that their LHR machine has a cooling effect. You'll feel the warmth of the machine when they target your desired areas followed by the cooling effect shortly after. So far I have been treated by Rachel, Samantha, and Johnye for my LHR treatments and they have all been extremely nice and incredible. All have made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my treatments. They truly cater to you.

I also decided to try their Votiva service because I have been having issues where I pee a little when sneezing, coughing, or laughing (this is coming from someone who hasn't had any kids yet). Today marks about a month since my procedure and l've noticed a big difference. No accidents since the procedure! I really appreciated that Brandi made me feel so comfortable by verbally walking me through what she was doing and kept asking if I was okay comfortable.

The experience l've had so far at Skin Heaven has left me wanting to try more of the other services they offer. I also really like that they offer Cherry which allows you to make payment plans. I decided to use Cherry to get an idea of how it works and as a way to help me budget since l've had quite a few holiday and wedding expenses these past couple of months. Definitely a great way to provide some self care without breaking the bank!

UPDATE: This is an add on to my review above. Skin Heaven does not fail to amaze me each time! I decided to try Vasculaze to treat a few spider veins I have on the back of my legs and literally saw instant results! I'II admit I was a bit anxious and scared at the possible pain I could experience, but to my surprise it was not as painful as I thought it would be. The sensation of the treatment was first described to me as being hit with a rubber band, but I would personally describe it more as a strong static shock with heat, some of them being stronger/hotter than others. Rachel was super patient with me and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have already booked an undereye PRP service and will be booking another appointment for Botox in the future. Overall, Skin Heaven has given me a great experience and I can't wait to come...

Upon entering Skin Heaven, i was greeted by Alexia & Brandi. they were genuinely sweet and made sure that i had completed the necessary online forms to ensure a touch free experience. they instructed me to get hand sanitizer which also took my temperature, which is awesome! they asked if i had been showing symptoms or have been exposed to coronavirus. they also had me do a covid questionnaire and consent each visit. their front desk has a glass encasing to protect all of us. their service menu and prices are displayed at their front desk in plain site. you cant miss it! Alexia & Brandi are always so knowledgeable and always let me know the new deals and discounts before and after my appointment. they are so nice and you can feel that they really love what they do.

Services I have received 2 hydrafacials & laser hair removal at Skin Heaven. my experience was great bc i came in very nervous and i had soooo many questions. Nurse Rachel who has 4 years of aesthetic nursing experience was kind enough to answer all of my questions. she took the time to thoroughly assess me & even had the Nurse Practitioner medically clear me for my appointment. i loved my hydrafacials here each time and it has really helped clear my hormonal acne. Rachel is so kind & sweet and makes you feel at home. i appreciated the fact that she took extra time to listen to my concerns. the space is clean and patients like myself feel very safe, esp during this scary time of the COVID pandemic. my laser hair removal experience was good and way better than waxing! 20/10 recommend 😊 i was lucky enough to have found Skin Heaven when they first opened & i immediately jumped on the opportunity to purchase their AMAZINGGGGG laser prices. I was told that the prices would change after Nov 2020 and i bought multiple packages for different areas. after just 1 session, i was surprised and told the staff how shocked i was that i was already seeing results! i tell all of my friends and family to go here because they are truly the best!!

They do a good job of emailing and texting regularly about their pre and post instructions and their newest deals that they have each month. i appreciate their clear communication and it shows that they want customers to be as informed as possible. this is perfect for patients like me who are busy but look forward to each Skin Heaven appointment! i love it here and i cant wait to book for...
