Great new Brunch Cafe open in Fullerton! They have a lovely space with both room for indoor and outdoor seating.
Starting with the Cafe side. Eggspresso has a Cafe counter inside the restaurant. They offer traditional Cafe items such as: Espressos, lattes and teas. Aside from the more traditional items they have a specialty menu consisting of charcoal lattes and turmeric lattes. I got an espresso and a cold brew, which were both fantastic. The espresso shot was very well balanced with both fruity notes and chocolate notes. For their cold brew they are using the slow drip Kyoto method. The cold brew was very refreshing and I can see myself enjoying this frequently during the summer. The cold brew was very mild and balanced, in a sense that it was not overly bitter and not overly acidic which can often be the case. If you are someone who does not drink coffee often or does not drink black coffee very often, this would be a great choice for you. Overall I had a great experience with the Cafe. The Baristas were very friendly and very knowledgeable with the coffee they were offering. I am excited to come back and try their pour overs.
The Restaurant side offers a wide range of Traditional and Korean-American Fusion breakfast options. You can go with their lighter options such as their salads, mushroom toast, and avocado toasts or Indulge in their chicken and waffles, benedicts, and rice bowls. I opted to treat myself to their Pork Belly Bowl, which was fantastic. The Pork Belly Bowl offers an abundance of succulent slabs of Pork Belly served on a bed of rice with an array of pickled onions and roasted garlic. All of this is topped with the all important fried egg. The Pork Belly was tender but had a satisfying bite left to them. The roasted garlic was very flavorful and added umami throughout the dish. The pickled onions cut through the richness of the Pork Belly and Egg Yolk. The portion was perfect and I was very satisfied with my meal. Other items I have on my radar for next time is the Kimchi Fried Rice, Chicken and Waffle Benedict, and the Salmon Egg Florentine (I love smoked Salmon).
I see Eggspresso as a great stop for all times of the day. I can see myself stopping by for my morning coffee, grabbing a quick to go salad for lunch, and even coming here on...

I've been here dozens of times. The coffee can go head to head against any of the other gourmet cafes in the area. But if you're hungry too, nowhere else comes close.
Coffee: My usual oat latte is consistently excellent. I was recently feeling adventurous and I found the espresso tonic to be delightful.
Food: On the sweet side, the lemon cream pancake is fluffy and amazing. On the savory side, the avocado toast, mrs. eggspresso, pork belly rice bowl, and kimchi fried rice are my favorites. The fried chicken and pork belly are perfectly crispy and tender. The kids love the kalbi mac and cheese. If you're looking for something in between, the bacon jam blt is my jam.
It checks all of the boxes for service and convenience. There are so many tables here, we never have trouble getting a seat. We particularly enjoy the plentiful shaded outdoor seating when we have the kids with us. Parking is free with validation. Service is quick. My whole family...

Last time I stopped by this place was during the pandemic, I thought the food was pretty darn good.
I haven’t been able to go back until today ever since moving to San Diego.
I gotta say the food tasted even better!! I was kinda bummed that I haven’t visited this place more often. I totally forgot about this place.
I feel like I ordered the whole menu and everything was bomb!!! Especially the Chilaquiles and Lemon cream pancakes.
I love the two stages of flavor of the Chilaquiles. You gots to taste them right off the bat when the chips are extra crispy and then when it settles in soggy. Different feel but both great flavor.
I don’t usually order sweets but my friend ordered the lemon cream cheese pancake. I only asked for a bite but I ended up eating half of it 😆!! You can definitely eat this pancake without the syrup. The lemon and cream butter blend was awesome.
The place was packed and I can clearly see why. Staff is all cool and on point. Can’t wait to come back...
