Bad customer service. Terrible return/exchange policy. I needed 1 breaker but didn't know the brand I needed. I was convinced by the "handle bar mustache " to buy 2 breaker brands and could return the one I didn't use.I paid $200 dollars for each breaker. A few days later, I went back to return my unneeded breaker and found out by Jr. ("Handle bar mustache son") that there's no returns, only credit. I asked Jr. to call daddy and confirm. "Handle bar mustache" came from the back and looked to my face and told me the same thing Jr. had just told me. Obviously, I reminded him of our conversation when I bought the breakers few days before, he pointed at his "no returns, only credit" sign on the wall and told me that was their return policy. I was obligated to give them back the breaker I wanted to return to be able to get credit for it. So He gave me a piece of paper with scribbles on it saying I have 1 year to use that credit, or else I lose my money. Of course, all of this came with attitude. In doing my research, I found out that "handle bars mustache " is actually the owner. which makes sense now, "Attitude reflects leadership"... what's sad is that Jr. is following his daddy's same footsteps. So now I'm short $100 bucks and they get to sell my returned breaker to someone else while the chances of me needing a breaker in the next year...

customer service, charged me $70. for a breaker 15/20 price of $70.was after hours where I bought the part and I was not sure if I needed it as i need to try few other brakers and was under the impression i can return it if i dont need it.didnt see the no return sign as i was in a rush and the guy with moustache informed me i can return it if it doesnt work. .That Guy with mustache needs basic customer service skills.
