Uptown Gaming & Collectibles — Attraction in Ankeny

I have nothing but the utmost of praises to give to Uptown Gaming & Collectibles. They might be the smallest store you have ever visited, but they have the biggest hearts and passion for the hobbies they deal with. Worth noting is they are a new store but already planning to move just around the corner to a much larger space, in order to expand their stock and better serve the people of Ankeny's collectibles community, who they cherish. Their inventory is diverse and amazing for their current shop space. Even if I don't plan on buying something, I still like to stop in and chat with them. Prices on their products are fair and competitive, and they also give you everything they can when it comes to trade-in. Amazing, I love this place. Just sad one of them called me out for taking pics of a controller I was planning on buying in the future:/...I do that to remind myself what Im trying to get for me or my nephew/cousins. My bad/apologies if it seemed like malicious reasons that's not my intention. Other than that it was an amazing selection of games. It gave me a nostalgic trip down memory lane for games I had in my childhood, can't wait to reminisce & rekindle moments I had with these games

Pulled one of the gold, mega ultra rare cards from the new mega evolutions Pokémon set. Called the shop asked them if they were interested in buying it.
