Las Vegas Park — Attraction in Ann Arbor

Small neighborhood park with a play structure for younger kids. Sandbox, swings, and park benches. A basketball goal with a small paved area for practicing shots on goal, but not big enough for a half court game. Location is convenient. Basketball court is small though. Only a half court on asphalt.

Same with the ball diamond. Also has one picnic table.

Otherwise nice park if you don't mind giving up some amenities. Its at least public so I can hang out there. Dicken is basically closed during school hours so it's nice to have a place to go...

I am shocked at the positive reviews for Las Vegas park. The lawn is mowed every three weeks, you can imagine the dead grass left, And after rain, all this dead grass turns into moldy grass. And the play structure Sandbox area...
