Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ann Arbor

ZERO STARS. I ordered online, (admittedly) distracted and tired after a long day and with a 6&7 YO starving and asking for Little Caesars, which they had at a school event. Never ordered Little Caesars before and never will again. Thought the order was for delivery... because what national chain, even with local franchisees, doesn't have online ordering for delivery? When I called to ask if the pizza was on its way, the person answering said the delivery driver was standing there loading up. I asked to please double check my order was included. I was then informed if I ordered online it couldn't be for delivery. Asked if I could pay for delivery since the driver hadn't left yet. The manager, who I could hear, very rudely said no way, online was for pickup only. I explained I couldn't come pick it up because my car was in the shop and again offered to pay. Still no. No help, no understanding, no anything other than no. Whoever is running this store doesn't care for customers in any way and is terrible at customer service. Had the chance to earn my business for the long haul and blew it, spectacularly. I realize I'm only one person, but if I'm being treated this way,...

I am a Little Caesars lover when they perform. This one has GREAT SERVICE!! ALSO , you will not find another Little Caesars with a front man as good as this man anywhere! He is absolutely the best Little Caesars counter man ever! Fresh pizza always and he will make sure of that! Feel like I have a family member running the counter,and pizza is the best!! Great job! It's a shame that I only write reviews whenever the experience is bad, but I really hope this never happens to anyone else. This was our first experience with this place. We ordered our food at 6pm. We find out at about 7:30 that apparently our driver's (who apparently works for a third-party delivery service) shift had ended and he had decided to go home instead...with our food. So they sent out another order with extra crazy bread (which was nice), but it's 9:28 and we just got our order. We should add that we did get a refund, but this truly was an awful experience and we won't ever order...
