Absolute GEM!! A family member recently recommended Sip to me, and I'm so glad they did. I went over after work and found it surprisingly empty. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely polite and let me know he and his wife own and operate Sip. He stressed the quality of ingredients they use, and it really showed in the drink. I got the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk, and it was amazing. When I asked for his favorite, he said he loves the Supermoon Milk stating "it tastes like fruitie pebbles cereal milk." Sip Boba Tea House is AHMAZING! The staff is very knowledgeable, cheerful and pleasant. Aaron and Megan are so friendly and I could tell they were having fun doing what they love. The tea house is very clean, and their ingredients are always super fresh. Their imagination with the specialty drinks are definitely worth a try! I trusted their recommendations, and I was blown away. The Supermoon was spectacular! They do not skip a single detail.

I have visited quite a few places with my kids, and this the best boba in town (and delicious coffee beverages as well). Good options for people with all kinds of dietary needs. Everything was just delightful. Lovingly made. Great texture on the boba. I even liked the super sweet concoctions my kids picked (because they were not too sweet, of course).
