These folks are reputable and clearly care about getting collectibles and games into the hands of players over making short term profit margins hand over fist. The space is incredible, the staff is extremely nice, and they clearly care about their customers.

I showed up on release day for a highly scalped product - and they offered it at a very modest increase over MSRP. Put into perspective - they could have easily withheld stock and made 10s of thousands more online. Instead they offered it to the players at reasonable prices. Everyone won.

They took phone orders for people who couldn't show up at opening in order to service the folks who had school or had to work, and told everyone who showed up before opening they would get a box (inventory permitting), making it fair to anyone willing to line up. This prevented a mass buyout from any one customer looking to scalp, ensured a wider customer based had access, and provided a very modest reward for the people who showed up earliest (some people camped out since 2am!).

This kind of customer-focused behavior totally justifies the mild increase over MSRP. Everyone won in this transaction.

I will make it a point to shop here again and play there in the future.

This place is phenomenal! They have it all! It's a playground that everyone can enjoy. The staff is amazing too! We have been here many times before, but this time was superior. We went in to grab a comic for my boyfriend's little brother and realized they had vinyl and oh my gosh, what an amazing selection! The guy that offered to help me was so knowledgeable and showed me some things that I had never heard of and I am so stoked that he did! I was really impressed that they had Trojan Records stuff in stock and blown away buy the compilations they had available. Amazing! If you're looking for something unique, something specific, or cool compilations, get it from Third Eye. I guarantee that you'll enjoy talking to the record guy ( I'm so sorry, I don't know his name) and you'll leave with something you didn't know existed and it'll be a gem. Whoever reads this from Third Eye, please give the record dude a big high five and the guy at the register with the longer hair too. Awesome people, great selection, and a fun environment. Who doesn't like being surrounded by spooky masks while looking around? Came in for something specific, left with Something Weird, and came home listening to the coolest record I've ever heard with a big smile on my face. Thank you for existing! ...

This place is AWESOME! You want games? They have more games and game related stuff than you will ever be able to play in your lifetime. Come here. You want comics? It's a frackin' comic book cornucopia! Marvel, DC, manga, graphic novels. Yadda yadda yadda. Just come here and get your geek on. 😄

Wait! I didn't mention the very best part. The staff! The staff is outstanding. Everyone is very approachable and will happily answer any questions you have, and then still walk you through the whole store until you find whats right for you.

That's the pros. The only cons I have are that they don't host games anymore. (F COVID 🙄) And that I didn't have enough money to buy all the cool stuff I wanted. (Probably not their fault. 😏)
