Golden Dragon Restaurant — Restaurant in Annapolis

Don't go to this place find another Chinese restaurant. I've been ordering from Golden Dragon for 10 years. That's right I said 10 years. I usually have them delivery my food to my house. I ordered food yesterday the deliver guy was mad because I didn't give him a tip. Where does it say by law that I have to give a tip if the food is delivered. So I ordered again the following day the driver said that he would not delivery to my door anymore. He brought my food stayed in his car told me to come get my food. Now if I am not mistaken in your job description your suppose come to the customer door as a delivery driver. So when I went outside he said to me he is not coming to my door. He told the manager that one time I did not come to the door when he was there. He lied to her so that he wouldn't have to delivery anymore to my house because I didn't tip him. Every time he comes to my house he gets mad because I don't tip. But nothing in there delivery requires you to tip its a $12 minimum for delivery. Well it's there lost I will take my money...

I got my first order from here through door dash. Order was correct and came fresh and hot. The flavor of the dishes were great but it was executed a bit poorly. I got house lo mein, which was good, but really salty. I also ordered crispy beef, which was good although not crispy or spicy at all (I asked for medium heat), but the sauce it was in had entirely too much corn starch in it. The food was hot but the sauce was gelled like it was cold. I had to scrape most of it off to eat any of the dish. It was probably a mistake by the cook but I went order it again. I also got the egg rolls, vegetable spring rolls and the Shanghai rolls. I'll only order the Shanghai rolls again. They were all okay but I preferred the flavor of the Shanghai, which were basically the veg spring rolls but with shrimp added. The egg rolls were just cabbage with one or two tiny salad size shrimp in them and the egg rolls were big, so it was disappointing. I like the food from the Canton better, even though it's a different type of food...

First off I want to say that their food is great. I order from them all the time, but unfortunately their customer service is awful. I when my food arrived the man called me, when I open my door I saw the guy in his car. The guy did nothing but look at me. When I asked him could he come to the door he shook his head no. I had to walk all the way to him and grab my food. I asked the guy “do you not deliver to the door anymore” and he told me no. When he handed me my food I asked for my change back and he told me “I don’t have any change”. Next I asked him why he would show up to my house without any change and he drove off.
