The owner is rude.

I brought in a frame I had ordered online because I entered the wrong dimensions. After shaming my choice of anti-glare acrylic (and getting a talking to about ordering online) I decided to buy a new frame from her and asked that she cut down the acrylic and backing board to size.

I picked it up the next day, which was a pleasant surprise, but the "This (frame, acrylic, board) would have cost this much if you had let us do it" lecture was a bit over the top. (It was way more expensive, even with shipping).

I got home and the backing board was missing from the package. I called and was told to come in and they'd cut a new board.

When I arrived they had found the board they forgot to package with the frame - not even an apology. When I got it home I discovered they had not cut it to size.

We had a lovely afternoon trying out different frames for several pieces. There were frames to match our eclectic taste in art, as well as elegant options for our wedding photos. We were a bit indecisive and never felt rushed. It's apparent that much care was taken and we are delighted with the result. The mat even matches the velvet on my wedding dress! And some next level wizardry was used to get the edges of rolled papyrus to lay flat. It's definitely worth it to get a professional to do the job; we're so impressed with how much it brings the art to life....
