Very cute little garden that was cleverly designed and appears perhaps a little neglected. If you take Taylor to Herbert M Sachs Dr, then you will find a little 8 spot parking lot right near the buildings (sign says MAX of 1-hour parking, not sure how they monitor that). On weekends and when buildings are closed, you just walk around the side of the building (there are signs) and find this cute little park designed to represent different areas of Maryland, with some great explanatory signs and accessible flat paths (which some kids were using to zoom around on their bicycles unfortunately). The flowers are beautiful and well maintained, but it's quite a small park in a busy government park, and there's many places to see flowers.
