I had to wait 10 min with only one person in front of me. I picked 4 items and was told only payment accepted was cash and was directed to ATM machine. Not accepting debit cards is ridiculous. Was told by other merchant nearby that this store was having its grand opening and they were offering BBQ. Went to the back room and looked to see if there was staff tending to the food and noone was by the table. I picked up a plate and was then asked by a staff that appeared very sarcastically if I wanted some food? I said yes, was rudely told I needed a ticket to prove I was a customer. I showed them my purchase and there was no receipt in my bag. Was told I needed a receipt and then get a ticket. I asked where the ticket was and was told "out there" pointing to the main room. Person was visible irritated with me. Stood in line at register to get receipt and left. Horrible...

Product selection is cool. Alot of brands that must be newer and normally those are the highest priced in the store. ..(of course). The tax they charge is killer. Especially when there are clubs that include taxes in advertised prices around here. Now where its super hit and miss is the customer service. Kinda starts at the door with security. Normally they are nice enough but that stacking us out in the hallway makes me feel like you dont want my money. Then when you get in there, promise there are only 3 out of quite a few that truly help the customer and listen to their needs. The others come off as rude, impatient and a couple literally talk mess about other customers in line with the customer they are assisting. Needs improvement on that...

Very confusing with the first time patient discount. First we were told 80% then 40% by security then 20% by a girl with purple hair and stockings. When mentioned we were previously told 40% she was very rude, rolled her eyes and told us she "guesses" she'll give us the 40% off today and then coldly mentioned security shouldn't be telling us anything. She passed us off to another girl who was way more friendly and helpful and that budtender thoroughly explained the discount process. I have worked at a dispensary for over 10+ years and understand people can get tired or frustrated but the purple haired girl should have been alot friendlier.
