Pantells Music Box — Attraction in Antioch

The shop is professional. I brought my girl friend there to have an infotainment system installed in here Honda CRV. We arrived at 09:00 and picked out an Alpine System and a reverse camera. Her schedule was tight and she asked if it would be done by 16:00. They finished around 13:00, ahead of time. They did an instructional session with her to teach her how to operate the system. After the instructions she drove back to San Francisco. As she left Antioch she felt as though the air conditioner was not working.

She called Pantell and told them of her problem and told her to bring the car back after the July 4th weekend. They checked everything thoroughly. Wiring was correct. They looked deeper and discovered the compressor clutch the AC unit was not engaging the pulley. These guys are great and I wish all businesses could perform at this level.

They did not charge for the hour or so they spent diagnosing this problem.

Due to her not being in Antioch hot weather and living in the Sunset area of San Francisco she did not use her AC for a few months until coming out to Antioch...

I went to a big box electronics store and found out they no longer sell nor install automotive electronics. That turned out to be a good thing. I have a class B RV and wanted experienced and expert installers. I went online and found Pantell's Music Box. It's a family owned business since the 1950's. I went there and saw them working on a high-end class B RV. Ralph, the owner, greeted and helped me. He was informative and answered my questions. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. I purchased a double din stereo, car alarm, and a backup camera that had to be special ordered for my vehicle. I put down a deposit and make an appointment to come back in a week for installation. I was told it may take two days to complete the installation. They finished in one day, actually, about six hours from the time I left the vehicle. Alex is fantastic and very pleasant personality. He is quick friendly and cooperative. Asked me if I had preferences and how I wanted it installed. Then offered suggestions for a better install.

He did an amazing job installing VIOFO A229 Pro 3 Channel 4K HDR Dash Cam in my BMW X5 along with a hardwire kit. Can only see the wire plugging directly into the dash cam everything else is hidden and the camera works flawlessly!

(turning on automatically when the car is started). So much better hardwiring than having to worry about plugging it into the port every time you want to use it.

Professional, clean installation. They know what they are doing. Worth the money.
