Amano Print House — Attraction in Appleton

Had really high hopes for our project, but unfortunately we were let down. Amano designed a custom shirt for us, which was a special birthday gift for a family member, and was needed by a mutually agreed upon deadline. They printed at the very last minute, and upon pickup, the shirts were awful. The production manager told us "the ambition of the artwork with their small shop's limited capabilities makes it hard to get things pixel perfect." I'm unsure as to why they allow customers to sign off/approve images they are incapable of replicating, and I felt a little gaslit when they seemed shocked we were disappointed with the quality. But, we took the poorly printed shirts on vacation, and asked to get them reprinted when we got back. Although better, those did not turn out the way we had hoped either. This print shop may be good for simple designs, but please use caution if you're trying to print something complex. Friendly people, fantastic initial design by the artist, but I'm not sure I would not recommend this company...
