I am beyond thrilled with my new kitchen, thanks to the wonderful team at Arcata Cabinet and Design. Nicolette is just amazing. She’s extremely artistic and intuitive and quickly figured out my taste and what would make me happy and work in my space, even before it was clear to me. She was patient and gracious, designing different options I requested, while she waited for me to catch up and adopt her initial ideas. I should mention that this was their standard service, I did not pay extra for design. On top of it all, Nicolette kindly helped with my countertop and lighting decisions. The results are simply beautiful.

The cabinets came as scheduled and Marc and Casey did the installation. It was fascinating to witness their process. They work so diligently and precisely, with few words exchanged between them. It was almost like watching a ballet performance. True craftsmen. When the appliances were installed, the clearances were the minimum possible for a perfect fit. At the end of installation, they told me they were ordering and replacing several doors and a drawer front. They pointed out one slight flaw that I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise, and I still haven’t figured out all of the others. It is such a pleasure to have that level of perfectionism for my remodel and at a reasonable price.

Nicolette is very informed and open to any questions on the various products and how they will work in your home. She develops a detailed plan that fully meets the customer's needs and wants. There is no hard sell just an extremely helpful person that designs the cabinets you want. The install team was always on time, completely professional, and did an excellent job installing the cabinets.
