Visited here today with my family of 10. Had no reservations ahead but when we arrived at maybe 12:40pm, a lot of empty tables inside but they were "all reserved", we even asked to just split up in different tables but were turned down. We opted to sit outside after driving over an hour to eat here and really wanting steak. The big table indoor had been reserved for another party for 1pm so we understood but our server said if the other party did not show she'd be able to move indoors. 1:20pm rolled around.. then 1:30pm, so we asked her if the other party cancelled and she said she verified and that they were actually coming at 2pm. Well we finished dining out by 2:30pm and the table indoors remained empty the entire time. Our server was great and I don't think that issue was her fault but the restaurant itself does not truly accommodate its paying customers. Food was ok but not out of this world. Also the tip on the printed ticket is different than what the machine to pay will show as the tip amount. We asked why the difference and our server said the paper ticket is wrong and the machine is correct(well duh, it's more lol) it was a few dollars more and not worth trying to fix. Just be aware! Again, server was really nice and I just don't think the restaurant likes handling big...

Read moreMy friends & I are visiting here in Arecibo for the next few nights. This was our first restaurant experience while visiting. I just want to say everything was amazing! The customer service, the atmosphere, the venue itself & of course.. the food! There was a TON of delicious options, so many that I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted. After looking over the different varieties of cuts they had to offer. I went for the NY Striploin USDA Prime topped with compound butter, their House Mash with a maple bacon & sautéed onion glaze, and Buenos Aires rice. The portion was way bigger than I expected! It was enough for my girlfriend & I to share. The rest of my friends had opted for Empanadas and slider burgers. All which were absolutely wonderful. We left stuffed & satisfied! We will 100% we back the next time we visit Arecibo 👍🏼 Thank you to the staff & server who...
