The cocktail program here is nothing short of exceptional. I tried "The Border," which was masterfully crafted and demonstrated the bar's commitment to quality mixology. My fiancé's choice, the "Sofia," was equally impressive, showcasing their bartenders' skill in creating unique and memorable drinks.

Read moreArrived around 6pm for dinner. Parking is on the street and we only had to park about 1/2 a block away. You get buzzed in at the front door. We where seated immediately. Staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. They give you QR codes to look up the food and drinks menu. We ordered a watermelon/cucumber drink called Sofia. It was good but lacked flavor. The other drink was a Bubble Prunus, tequila with apricot liquor. It was amazing and delicious! We ordered Spicy Spanish Fries that were complex and flavorful, loaded with meat and cheese! Our waitress suggested that we order it as a side and we are glad we did! The side order is shown in the picture and was plenty for an appetizer. For main course my wife ordered the Lobster Gorgonzola Risotto. It was good, the risotto had a Spanish rice flavor and the lobster tail was huge! However, the lobster was overcooked. I ordered the Lemon Butter Halibut with Cilantro risotto. It was good, however, the risotto had a lot more than cilantro so it was a little confusing. The risotto did go well with the hell of it, but again the halibut was overcooked. With our main course we ordered an Old Fashioned and a shot of Eagle Rare. They were out of Eagle Rare so our waitress suggested Old Forester 1920 which I accepted. Both...
Read moreI have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment. My husband loves Whiskey and based on the reviews regarding great service and a wide selection of whiskey, we decided to take the night for ourselves and check it out. Be warned, you need to be buzzed in and out. We pulled on the door and saw the staff staring at us and smiling, before someone finally buzzed us in. We were greeted rather pleasantly but it ended there. The waitress, could not be bothered. Never checked on us, and since the table we sat at is circular and small, it would’ve been nice of her to take some of our empty cups away. While eating, I noticed an employee speaking with other patrons, and when another party left, the employees all said goodbye enthusiastically. We got none of that. Towards the end I had to get up and ask for the check, it was clear we were done but our waitress was on her phone. I love to support mi patria but this was a first and last for me. We felt like we didn’t belong, was it because we spoke English even though I spoke Spanish to the employees? I would love to know. Either way, I hope they extend their “excellent service” to those of us who are not natives of the island but...
