Blue Moon Water Inc — Attraction in Asheville

This is a wonderful company. I’ve been doing business with them for a couple of years now and the people have been absolutely lovely the whole time. The service and communication are super reliable and consistent, and everyone is friendly and professional.

And the water is fantastic!! I drink WAY more water, and less other junk now because it’s so good! I buy so much less sparkling water and other drinks now, that I’m sure it saves me money, too. I was just on a trip to Florida for a week and the water was so gross! I didn’t drink nearly enough while I was there because of it. As we were driving home from the airport I actually said “I am so excited to drink good water again!”

The water has also been really good for my pets. I have a little bunny who kept having major unexplained issues with her tummy, so after several emergency vet visits I started ordering the water because her vet said the chlorine and fluoride in city water could be really bad for her; and we were running out of ideas and possible explanations. It could be coincidence, but she’s done a whole lot better ever since. No more scary and expensive vet visits! (That alone WELL offsets the cost of the water.) And now we all benefit!

I really can’t say enough good things about Blue Moon. This company really has proven to model everything I always hope to experience when I do business with them. If you’re still drinking city water give this a try for a month. You can rent a cooler from them, and there’s no commitment so if you don’t want to continue after that you’re not stuck. The water is great. The people are phenomenal! Seriously, this is one of the best companies that I have ever done business with as a client. Their customer service is BEYOND COMPARE. The water is great and I feel more hydrated now that I have their water and a crock and stand at my house and I have enjoyed it at work now for years. But seriously, the people are extraordinary. I wish I could give them ALL THE STARS. They have bent over backwards to get us water when we were out at my workplace even though I failed to call them by their deadline. Jared even put jugs IN THE BACK OF HIS CAR AND DROVE THEM OUT TO US WHEN HE GOT OFF WORK!? I don't know Jared, or any of these people personally, but I am blown away by their courteous service. I love the water blue moon provides. It comes from a spring in Hendersonville I believe. Delicious and full of minerals. Any problems they always resolve so quickly. Like "I drank too much water this week and now I'm short a bottle! " My delivery fellow Justin goes above and beyond and brings my water right into the kitchen.
