Faced the Facial Studio- Morningside Village — Attraction in Atlanta

I’ve now been three times (I signed up for their Mo they facial, it’s reasonably priced). While I had previously left a review that was 4 stars, I’ve changed it because the studio took my feedback and my experience has improved (with the same person although someone did reach out and offer to have me change). I think that it’s very relaxing and inviting. They have nice music and the whole experience is relaxing. I suggest wearing warm and cozy clothes as it is a bit cold- they provide a blanket. After three visits, I feel like the surface of my skin has improved. My main reasons for going were for a bit of self care time, and to improve my skin surface and try to get a little glow going. The atmosphere at this place is amazing, but I was disappointed in the facial itself, which didn't feel close to worth it for the $360 price tag (incl. tip). I booked the 50-minute hydrafacial with dermaplaning, and after chatting with the aesthetician, decided not to do dermaplane since I did it at home recently. As a result, my facial came in at closer to 40 minutes, but I didn't get any price savings since dermaplaning isn't an extra charge. I was also surprised that there was zero consultation on my skin's specific needs. I really like to have steam and/or extractions during a facial but that apparently isn't part of the hyrdafacial, even though it's billed as "custom." I’ve consistently had positive experiences at this studio, which is why I was disappointed with my recent facial appointment. I booked a 50-minute facial with dermaplaning and was with Leslie, whom I had not seen before. Unfortunately, during the dermaplaning, she accidentally nicked my cheek, resulting in a visible cut approximately half an inch long. A portion of the appointment was then spent addressing the bleeding, which took away from the treatment time.
