I must say the absolute worst Service Iāve ever received at a nail salon. I ran into his nail salon for shelter and manicure during a football registration event and a storm with my 12 day old newborn after my umbrella broke. The traffic was super heavy, along with the wind and rain. I decided to get a manicure to waste time to let the storm pass. Initially, I couldnāt get into the main door because the main door was broken. Approximately 10 employees pointing to the left and no one opened the door. I ended up passing the next door and went around the corner as there was so much confusion with the storm and so much foot traffic from the event. No one ever opened up the door and gained my attention before I ended up around the corner. It took me an additional two minutes in the rain and wind with my newborn baby. Once I was able to enter the salon and request a manicure, there was no other customers inside but for some reason I wasnāt offered a seat for about five minutes as they argued amongst each other of who would complete the service. It seemed as if the staff was contemplating on who would complete my manicure but in the meantime, between time I wasnāt offered a seat as they got their plan together. Once I requested a seat and asked where to sit for my manicure, my water was already created, but I had to stop and change my baby and dry him off from the rain. By the time I was done attending to my newborn and ready for my manicure, my water was cold. I did let them know that the water was cold and I was advised that I took too long too long changing my babyās pamper. My water was never switched out. The manicure itās self was pretty good, she paid attention to detail to get my cuticles together after having a baby, there was quite a bit of build up for a month. Sheās the reason for the second star. At my normal nail salon( t nails in morrow,ga ) I am used to getting a better hand massage, but this place was effortless. She literally just pulled on three of my fingers and called it the day. The massage is important because I have carpal tunnel. By the time it was time for payment, the kiosk sucked as well. I reattempted payment about 10 different times, I think it wasnāt working because of tap to pay. I was being advised that My Account was declining because I didnāt have money but I was very sure that I had and have money in each account that I attempted to use. I eventually had to cashapp the owner. When completed, I showed the lady that it was complete. She originally said OK but once I started to walk away, she would not let me leave. Apparently she needed to call the owner directly to ensure she received the cash app. For all of that, she couldāve just stayed on the phone with her and there was no reason for me to give her confirmation that I sent the money. It was very obvious that people walk out on them without paying due to poor service. Also, while attempting to check out, no one assisted me in gathering any of my items with a tiny baby in my arms. I asked for a trashcan for his pamper because no one grabbed it, it took a while for them to direct me to a far trashcan then eventually once i refused, the gentleman reached in front of himself, took the top off the trashcan, and told me to throw away the pamper. He could have grabbed it for me since he was giving me the marry go round. Iām used to real service. Especially for a $35 gel manicure. I donāt mind paying if thatās the quality that Iām receiving, but this place was piss, poor.
P.S. While I was getting my manicure, another customer walked in requesting a nail repair for the second time on the same full set. The staff didnāt listen to her nor ask her any questions. They repeated over and over again $10 and then spoken in the another language and laughed at her and her face. First of all of the other pairs should not be $10 for a return customer especially if this person has had a nail repair on the same new set already. I pulled a young lady aside and advised her of the lady that does my full sets...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSuper disappointed in the service today. Walked in no one said anything to us. They were busy so I wasnāt bothered by it. However, Kim was very rude to me my sister and mom. After sitting for an hr waiting Abby told us it would still be a wait. I asked her should we just come back another day. She said no just letting you know itās a long wait I said thatās fine I been coming here for years. We can wait I came at 4:30 at 5:45 Kim yelled at my sister weāre closed weāre closed we were sitting over there for over an hr and mind you I asked Abby if we should come back another day she said no. The prices are cheap but the customer service is just terrible. I been noticing that for some time now bring my mom and sister today was the last straw. They think we as Black people are supposed to expect terrible customer service and be spoken to any type of way. Iāll be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest others...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is amazing! My nail tech paid the utmost detail, and the owner even made sure to inspect the quality of my nails! That was definitely impressive to me. I usually don't get the best experience at most nail shops, but this was great, and they're very inexpensive, especially for how exceptional they are. I'll definitely be back and I'd recommend to everyone.
UPDATE: A lot of new faces and techs, but the quality of techs has diminished. My nail polish is all lumpy and apparently everyone isnāt good at coffin/ballerina nails. The shapes arenāt even symmetrical at all. You would think a customer willing to pay top dollar would get good customer service, but no. The only person who was kind and inviting was the girl who did my feet, but even so my toes donāt look so great. This was a completely different experience than my first visit. Wonāt...
