Food is good, my server was nice. One of the waitresses there allowed their child to run around and sass at my table. I kept my mouth shut and didn’t make a fuss about it while I was there. I felt very uncomfortable. I understand that maybe you have your children visiting you at work but that is no excuse to allow them to sit at a strangers table and disturb them trying to have a quiet lunch. No manners whatsoever. Won’t be back sorry.
Reply to the owner: This was March 4th around 12:30-12:50 pm. Yes this was the waitresses child because her grandmother was sitting a few booths down. She made it obvious that this was her child, I really don’t mind having any waitresses grandmother bring their child in (really I would be very in the wrong if I did) but the fact that the child was out of the grandmothers control and the waitress was trying to make a joke about this was extremely frustrating. I understand the child might’ve been there to see her mother but I did not appreciate her lack of effort to make sure she did not disturb my lunch. I guess I was there at the wrong time. I don’t mind children, but this one was extremely unruly and trying to get my toddler to do the opposite of what I was telling her to do. (For example I dropped a fork and told my toddler not to pick it up off of the floor so she wouldn’t put it in her mouth, the child who was out of control told her multiple times that it’s okay pick up the fork.) the situation with the waitresses child could’ve been handled better. I apologize but even if the grandma was watching her child she could’ve put a little effort in telling this child not to disturb my lunch, instead she made a joke about it. Watch the video cameras and you will see everything. This was a little one about 5-6 years old I believe with her younger sister and I was sitting in the booth by...
Read moreVery disappointed first time been a call in customer over 9 yrs. Today's order was called in at 8:17am...was told 10min for pick up. I arrived at 8:24am lighter than normal crowd my order ring up and paid for $6.45 (bacon, soft scrambled eggs w/cheese on raisin toast) it was only 2 customers occupied one table...may have been due to spring break. 8:27am a young fair skinned with worker (white crock type shoes) on yelled "order for D" no one came forward, at 8:35am I was still patiently waiting at 8:39 the same young lady presented my order and said "oh you're BJ.... I didn't know you had a call in order. I expressed that I hope my food wasn't cold since she just realized t was ready. I left out but came right back after discovering the food was cold. When I entered the same young lady announced to her coworkers"she's back" I asked for the manager a young black female ( the person who ring up the order said "I am" I told her the food was cold....she never made eye contact nor apologized. Another worker, somewhat older w/glasses on asked if I would like a replacement, I agreed the new order was ready at 8:47am. The new order was delivered hot but Unfortunately not made to order, the sandwich had no cheese and the egg was HARD scrambled. As of today this is definitely...
Read moreFirst and last time here. Ordered to go - food was not stellar by any means (Chef Salad with fried chicken). Lettuce was cut in HUGE pieces, including the rock hard stuff near the core. Onion was left in huge circles, anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2" thick - better for onion rings, not salad. Chicken was sparse and overcooked - it was very dry. Now, the worst part was the service. I waited in line for 2 diners who had apparently eaten there, to check out - no problem. Problem was when another customer came in WELL after I arrived, the waitress took his order, and then had the cashier ring him ("Greg" she called him), up BEFORE me! Rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. The waitress knew better. The cashier knew better. Greg knew better. But no one had the common courtesy to make sure that I, who had arrived much sooner than Greg, was checked out prior to him. You only get the chance to make a first impression once - this waitress ruined...
