YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER because of these signs taped to the window at your drive through window! Seriously, I don’t know who y’all think you are to treat your customers like this. Where is the customer service? Where is kindness? Where is the love? Where is the respect? Where is the respect? What happened to valuing your customers? Y’all should be happy to serve your customer. You should be willing to do anything to make your customers happy and give them what they need to help them enjoy their food better! You mean to tell me that you are going to ask your customers to get out of their car to come in to be served extra condiments when they are actually at the window. This note is rude, disrespectful and insensitive. And to think leaders of the restaurant wrote this and actually taped it to the drive through window! We can’t even see inside the restaurant! I wonder what you would do if your customers stop coming? What do oils you do if the lines stopped being long! I see those lines be long but, y’all better remember giants do fall! Y’all are not grateful for your customers. Y’all don’t deserve your customers either. This is unacceptable. How dare you as a company treat your customers in this way! So my daughter and I went to check ✔️ it 😂 out, 😄 I invited my friends and family 💟 over for the weekend 🥳 so I 🤔 thought it was the best time try their chicken 😋🍗 wings 💸 out." That's just me, when JJ chicken 🐔 can do the job for me.😄" So we went to their restaurant to scoop up a few things on their menu to make my day easy and take stress of my 🧠 brain." It's a shady place. The parking lot is trashed and there are colorful individuals that seem to hang out there. The side door is sticky with 2 hand written notes on it, one reads 'pull hard, we're open.' The other sign reads, 'We cannot accept cards of any kind!'...The first sign I took seriously, and I really had to pull the door hard because it sticks. The second sign, well, it's not the kinda place you want to use your credit cards at, anyway. So, pull up to the counter, the restaurant is empty. The cooks are staring at me from behind the line. The counter lady saunters over from the drive through window and slowly realizes I'm standing there. So, I order. Surprisingly, the cooks were really fast, they were ready. I was ordering for a few people, so it was a big order. They had me out the door in less than 10mins. with 20 whole chicken wings, 20 shrimp, and about 2lbs worth of fries. She asked if I wanted the special seasoning, to which I replied, 'Of course!' And, most importantly, all the hot sauce I could carry. The food was delicious, cooked to order, and smelling it on the way back to work just about drove me crazy. So, I was nearly in a frenzy when it came time to eat. The chicken wings were perfect!! Hot, crispy, juicy, and the special seasoning with the hot sauce is pure happiness incarnate. So, in short, shady place, delicious food. But, just stick with the chicken and the shrimp, the fries are just too...
