Colorado Nails — Attraction in Aurora

I put this place with one star because I’ve been her many times the first time I got my nails done I loved it but every other time I’ve had issues But this last time I went it was such a bad experience When me and my friend first walked in they made us wait a hour because they were all doing people’s toes understandable. Well me and my friend were waiting we were looking for colors there was not a lot of options but we found a color, after a hour of waiting the Manager of this place Called me over to her chair so she can put the tips on and when I tell you she did it so sloppy and so fast and way to short then I wanted them because a older woman came in and asked for her nails done she sent me back to wait and I finally was called to get my nails finished to someone who was working in the corner of the salon I asked for coffin nails and what I got was not coffin they were so round and fat I was disappointed but when she was doing my nails many many times she would hurt me and not apologize nothing just keep going she finished my nails and they got a small smudge from when I was pulling the chair out to dry my nails it’s took her a another hour to get back to me and help me fix them but when she did fix them she was so rude and had an attitude and something weird that they did was asked for my money before they did my nails I 100% do not recommend this nail salon my experience is horrible and I didn’t even get my nails how I...

We will not be returning here at alI not that they care, I am not the kind of person that does a scene especially in a public place but when you you come at my children in public and you don't care then I don't either. We were regulars....I have to say that after tonight this company has lost my daughter's services, not that it effects them in anyway. But want to review it so that no one is treated in this way.. today my daughter's went to get their eyebrows done and nail... To make the story short one of the texts that does the waxing of the eyebrows came outside and told my daughters that they owed her $6 that they were robbing her from $6 and said to my girls infront of customers that were walking in that, if they don't have money just to say that.... like really what are $6 dollars to $100.....my daughter then calls me I was at work and I asked if that's what she owed then we should pay it! Bit no need for that tech to come outside yelling and been unprofessional, I called Jenny and asked it was only $100 or what was the problem,which is what she paid that was with the nails of 80 and the 10 and 10 of the waxing, the tech jenny said.

I went by to the store and spoke to the lady that came at my girls and told them that they had no money to pay, and the good thing is the people that saw could see she got paid, what she "Said was owed" and told her that she needs to be more professional and not to come at my children ever again, we will not...

I originally liked this place because Nicki is decent & doesn't make the nails extra thick. I would not recommend the wax, she didn't learn The procedure properly. The place is not overly clean (I dislike how the majority of Asian salons are not overly sanitary, this one is no exception) but Nicki was decent as a nail tech as well as funny. My review has lowered since the last time I got my nails done, which was 11/8/19. Nicki must have fit me into a slot that she really didn't have time for me in after all. Not even a week later at least three of my nails had started to chip & peel (& that's not including two of my toenails) because she rushed finishing with me due to having back to back appointments. I paid for a mani and a pedi plus a tip. That also means the product isn't good quality or it expired. With that being said I can't recommend this place and I won't be back because I don't give people second chances to take my money & not give the time & care I deserve as a client who chose to do business with 1 person in particular.
