The level of knowledge and experience Andy (the owner) has is impressive. He great a focusing on physical imbalance, poor form and getting to the core of what will get you to the goals you have. He isn't a typical physical trainer who is going to give you a few common tips and tell you "5 more" while you grind out some pointless exercises. He approaches things thoughtfully and with a goal in mind. The gym itself is a weight lifting gym so isn't ideal for someone looking for classes or tons of cardio machines.
