Wok On Fire — Restaurant in Austin

I did not give them any stars and if I could take stars away and they end up with negative 100 stars I would do that. I decided to try them for the first time because they were close to my home. I ordered two of the wok on fire specials, the beef and broccoli and the general Sao chicken both were at the price of $12.50 each and then I ordered the king pao chicken off the lunch special which was $6.50 to say that I received the same amount of food regardless of how much I paid. The 12.50 combos came with south which I declined and was suppose to come with an egg roll for all three plates and we did not receive any except for the two beef that we had to pay 3.00 for because they would not just charge extra for the egg rolls to go from vegetable to beef. The beef egg rolls were vegetable egg rolls with beef that was as small as a grain of sand and could have been mistaken for pepper flakes. I called the store and was told there was no manager I could speak with. I did speak with someone who was so so so so rude that I wanted to walk to the place just to get my point across. I paid $42.00 for a meal that I ended up not eating. The best part of the whole meal was the container of sweet and sour sauce. I will say that I will NEVER EVER order from them again. Having owned my own business in the past, I absolutely hate writing negative reviews about a business. Unfortunately I hate wasting my money even more. I visited Wok on Fire on Brodie Ln Because I was in the mood for some wonton soup. When I got there, the menu looked appetizing and I thought I'd try for lunch special which came with Rice and eggroll and the soup. The service was fast And the people were nice. Although I had to give this restaurant two stars for food, it was ONLY because of the massive amount I received. Sadly, the wonton soup had no flavor except for a whole packet of soy sauce, I had to add to it. The wontons in it were old and tough, and I couldn't even cut through them. The TINY eggroll that came with the lunch had absolutely nothing inside when I bit into it. The steamed rice also had NO taste without two packets of soy sauce, and was not the sticky kind that I am used to getting at Chinese restaurants -it was dry. Lastly, I ordered the sesame chicken lunch entree. It came in a red sauce instead of covered with a savory brown sauce, which I have always received sesame chicken in, and it too was so tough that it could not be cut. I asked for a knife and after sawing through the outside, I discovered that the chicken itself was completely dried out. I left my food on the table and will not be back to...

I found a bug in my dinner and complained, their response was to ban me.

I had been a loyal customer for years, not because the food was all that good or even priced right for what you get, but because they are close to me. Then last week I find a bug ( a little under the size of a dime) in my meal. I called them up to complain. Their response was to say I was "mistaken" and to send someone out to verify that there was in fact a bug and to take the food back. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them. The manager would not come to the phone to speak to me so the waiter had to act as a go between even though I could hear the manager in the background being very disrespectful and rude.

Even though dinner for myself and my GF was ruined, they would only comp me 10.00 out of a 29.00 ticket. Yes my GF did not find a bug in her meal, but that doesn't mean she didn't have to dig around and worry about if there was one.

Cut to today. I decided to give them a second chance, I place my order, they take my credit card information, and 15 minutes late I get a call back saying they will not deliver to me anymore.
