JuiceLand — Restaurant in Austin

This is the Nth time when this location(now would pay attention to other locations too) served BITTER orange-pineapple juice, completely worthless, we have thrown them away several times !!! Its expensive! After several times I thought they are too lazy to peel orange peel completely which makes it bitter because at home it NEVER happens when we juice. But Yesterday was Worse, not only it was bitter, it was thin/watery with a synthetic taste in it. They gave us from the can/bottle !!! This is FRAUD and Juiceland must be sued for selling it claiming its "freshly squeezed" and selling it for the price of Freshly squeezed! I hope all juicelands have cameras where workers "make" juices etc to catch them doing fraud. it was yesterday , Wednesday 9/14/2022 around 4-4:15 pm. WHY did they take so long to open a can and pour? may be for the 3rd red smoothie they "made". Slowwwwest service at this location !!! There's a thin short very young man with very long black hair, he sometimes has some white stuff in the corners of his lips(yuck, go wash your face pls before doing customer service) he is very arrogant, never a smile or politeness. ppl at register are mostly indifferent at this location. The ones make juice are better but lazy...

I would no longer recommend Juiceland for their cleanses. They used to be more structured and the staff more knowledgeable years ago. You would order online, there was green, sweet, and protein drinks included, and then there was an order that was suggested to take them in to be easier on your body. Now staff seems clueless about cleanses, how they work, and what to recommend. They didn't know it was on their website! Their classic cleanse also now doesn't include any protein! You also can't order cleanses online in advance to be ready for you, you'll have to go in and sort it out for yourself in the middle of other patrons - super chaotic. The staff today were looking to each other for answers and nobody had them. I finally asked if people still bought these because it seemed I was asking questions they didn't know. I bought something here for today just to get started and bc I was already there and will be going to Costco or Daily...

I am a regular customer at Juiceland 🥤, and I have always been impressed with this staff's friendly and knowledgeable service. Recently, I had the pleasure of being served by Ozzie/Aussie (spelling? Apologies.), who was incredibly helpful in recommending a smoothie that was perfect for my taste. They took the time to listen to my preferences and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The smoothie was delicious, and I left the store feeling super satisfied.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend them and the rest of the staff at Juiceland for their outstanding customer service. They always go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy, and I appreciate their dedication to providing a great experience.
