We waited until our pool was completely finished before submitting a review to allow a review on the end to end process. We worked with 3 different pool companies to bid on our pool build. We made our decision to go with Denali and the driver for that decision was the design process, competitive pricing, and reputation of their design, build, and project management. Monique, our pool designer, is very passionate about her job and spent hours with us over several meetings to make sure we were happy with the design (this was a unique experience for us - the other pool builders we met with did not take as much time or interest). We loved the on the spot design meetings on zoom where she used her talent and experience to bring our dream pool design to life. Monique was very genuine throughout the entire process and super responsive. We were lucky with the weather and once our permits came through, the build process started quickly and was pretty much nonstop. We were so lucky to have Henry as our supervisor for the project. He is very experienced and on our first meeting, we walked through the layout of the pool (marked in the yard) and he answered all of the questions we had. Henry was in touch via text with us on a daily basis letting us know what to expect and when each phase would begin and end. He met with us onsite when we asked him to and he was responsive and helped us make decisions along the way. We were so appreciative of how considerate and diligent all of the contractors were in their part of the process as they all have different skills to bring to the project. The masonry work was unbelievable and so impressive with great attention to detail. Henry was on top of the schedule even down to helping us arrange a reasonable water trucking company, as we had to bring water in due to our water district restrictions. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Denali, especially Monique and Henry. The pool equipment installed is top of the line and very easy to use through the app. We also had good experience with the technicians from Blue Ocean Pools as they worked through making sure our in floor cleaning system was working as expected, monitored the chemical levels during that initial 2 week period after the build, and provided us with a 'pool school' session to teach us how to use the equipment (shout out to Nathan and Ross). I would highly recommend Denali if you are considering building your dream pool. I also recommend having 2 or 3 quotes. Denali definitely stands out in service and experience, and access to the most recent pool equipment technology, when you put them side by side to other local pool builders.
