I recently visited PayMore to sell a large stack of video games, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how smoothly everything went. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and treated with respect.

A special shout-out to Ash — he was absolutely fantastic. Ash took the time to review each of my items individually, asked just the right follow-up questions about condition and completeness, and explained clearly how their pricing worked. I felt 100 % confident that I was being treated fairly.

The offer I received was much better than other local places I had checked, and the process was fast — I walked in with my games and walked out with cash for them. No hassles. Ash was completely knowledgeable about games (including older titles), and the store environment was clean, professional, and easy to work with.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Items seems fair priced for a business establishment (meaning not private seller.) However I could not recommend selling any items there. I understand they are a pawnshop sorta deal but I got offered dirt. I brought a laptop in that's worth over $300 brand new, with charger, and my laptop is not scratched or damaged in anyway, it's basically brand new; and they offered me $20 for it. I brought in a iPod 6th gen and they offered me $5 for it. These electronics work great and they offered me dirt for them. I would buy from here but I wouldn't...

The payout was standard but what deserved 5 stars ⭐️ was the customer service and the ease from start to finish. The employees went above and beyond by staying after close to quote my electronics. One of my power cords was broken and they took the time to find the right cord AND quickly quoted some extra electronics I had in my vehicle and offered me more cash.
