I called in regards to a delivery that was postponed due to the outage, I was not sure if I was supposed to call curbside or the H-E-B help line on app so I explained my situation to the curbside partner. I was interrupted by him and "instructed" on how to properly introduce my problem for him to help me. Waited 30 minutes OVER my time slot , for my groceries. My slot was 8:00-8:30, and they didn’t bring it out till 9. This isn’t the first time I had an issue. Then 8/10 the bagger throws everything in there and doesn’t care if your bags are too heavy & break. Other times your bread is smashed with heavy things on top. Then, when things are out of stock they really aren’t out of stock it’s like whoever is shopping wanted to hurry up. Been going here a year now and there’s more issues than there should be but unfortunately this is the closet...
