It was a bit hard to find the trail to see the Old Baldy. I’ll leave some pictures with directions to hopefully help others find it easily. Step 1: Follow signs to Upper Falls, park there.

I didn't think it would be that impressive, but it's a pretty spot to stop along the trail. And we enjoyed laughing at the "2012 Austin Tree of the Year" plaque.

Old baldy is an incredible tree. Everyone should rate this tree 5 stars. 2012 tree of the year because baldy has been around for 500 years. Old baldy was spared because what a beautiful site. This 500 year old tree isn't too tall but still very beautiful. The trunk is thick. The park built a bridge walkway around this tree so people can enjoy the beauty of this 500 year old tree.

I would have wanted more signs to show where the tree was because it took us a while to find it. I used Google map. Really no...
