We hired the Schnitzel Wagon for our wedding reception and we could not have felt more spoiled! Not only were they professional and kind, their food was AMAZING! They were prompt and there was so much food for the cost! The food was SO good and they had options for different diet restrictions. I am fluent in German and my wife learned to say one phrase in German: “will you marry me?” So we HAD to go with the Schnitzel Wagon. It was a perfect way to serve food for a solid price at a very lowkey wedding. My guests afterwards raved about the food and enjoyed the freedom to order when they wanted to. This schnitzel is crispy and tender, paired with the mushroom sauce, it tastes so good! The spätzle tastes like grandma made it at home, like a soft and thin dumpling. Our side salad did not last long either 😅 it was very tasty and I believe it is a creamy dill dressing. Potato salad had a tangy taste, I think dill made an appearance in that side as well.
