We’re so impressed with the work and professionalism of the entire team at ATX Prestige Landscaping and we’re beyond happy with the paver patio we just had installed - it exceeded our expectations. I did a quick “paver landscaper in Austin, TX” Google search only two weeks ago as I was looking specifically to have a nice paver patio put into my backyard and decided to go with ATX Prestige Landscaping solely based off the reviews on google and it was the best decision I could have made. They responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and were at my house giving me a quote by the end of that day. They began the work only a day or two after that and finished the entire patio in less than a week - incredible! From the communications, to the workmanship from the workers, everything was top notch. I never questioned when they’d be at my house or what was going on because I always received a text message at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day with updates and progress. When the patio was finished, they did a final walkthrough/inspection and noticed some very minor things (that I hadn’t even noticed myself) that they weren’t happy with, so they made sure to have them fixed the the very next day which just shows how much pride they take in their work - something that is hard to find in businesses these days. We worked with ATX Prestige Landscaping to install a full backyard renovation that was designed by Yardzen. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, considerate, and communicative. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping work.

During the walk-through before kicking off the project, they were receptive to our specific requests and able to accommodate our unique lot conditions. Throughout the entire project, Santiago was available to answer any of our questions and was clear and detailed when responding. I was always able to ask about the work as it was proceeding and request small changes as needed. The entire team was friendly, skilled, and flexible. When they encountered issues, they made smart decisions to ensure we received the highest quality end result. If they had to make adjustments that were not part of the design, they always asked our opinion to ensure that we got what we wanted and expected.

The whole project took a little over one week, which included demo and removal of our existing grass and plants, digging out the plot and leveling the slope, and installation of all of the elements (drainage, turf, gravel, edging, plants, tree, mulch).
