7-Eleven — Local services in Austin

If there an option to give a zero star, or better yet, a NEGATIVE rating, I would certainly do so because they come nowhere near earning even a 1 star rating..... This store has the RUDEST, MOST UNHELPFUL, DISRESPECTFUL, & DRAMA CREATING EMPLOYEES, I've ever encountered. I thought perhaps it was just me BUT I was wrong. I've talked to a number of people who live in the area who frequent the station STRICTLY due to convenience NOT for the customer service, or lack there of, provided/NOT provided by the tacky emoloyees who are there ONLY to draw a paycheck & be runde & disrespectful to the paying customers. In addition, the water in the buckets outside, (at the pumps), STICKS like there's no tomorrow. The only time it doesn't is when the buckets are EMPTY. And don't dare ask the person behind the counter about it because, "it's not their job"!!!!!! Ugh....I dread walking through the doors & if at all possible, I will AVOID this location, like the...

This morning I went to this store and asked for 2 of the kolaches and only received one however she charged me for 2 and they are not answering the phone. She also scan my items a second time. I believe that I am being over charged every time I go into this location. I don't understand why she scans my items twice instead of one time. Then she doesn't want to give a receipt. I have been calling them to let them know of the mistake but no one is answering the telephone. Now I don't think this is a mistake I think it was on purpose. The lady cashier in the mornings on Fridays is very rude. She didn't want to give me a bag and told me to take a paper bag that was too small...

Man, it's pretty clear some of the people reviewing here don't have basic manners and have probably never worked a retail job in their life. Every time I come in here I never have a problem, but I just witnessed a man come in screaming at the cashier because his pump didn't work. When she stood up for herself two other people started attacking her for refusing to be yelled at for something that's not even her fault. I commend the manager for sticking up for her against these rude people and maybe they should realize the world doesn't revolve around them. Maybe if you didn't come in screaming, people would be willing to help you!...
