Very small store with not a lot of good product in it. They have a very small selection of items but are very basic and low quality. It was very apparent that some of the employee's were not very tech savy. They knew the lingo but did not know hardware issues or compatibility match up problems. They insisted on selling me items that I had no need for and very plainly told them that I didn't want. Overall, the store needs improvement. Unfortunately little stores like this are a dying breed due to problems just like this.

Response: My review is based off my experience with the store so yes I do have a basis for my review. A prideful attitude toward the customer is a poor approach. I was not insulting in my review if anything you should be more apt to thank someone that gives a low review. In your response you should inquire as to what steps you should take to improve. You are not a perfect store and nor will you ever be. Criticism should be welcomed by you with open arms and you should look at it as constructive. My name is not in your data base your correct. Simply because I did not buy anything from you. You simply did not have what was needed. Your selection was small and the quality of the product is on the lower end. Congratulations on your 30th anniversary however, if you were excelling in your business you would not be in a renovated house with minimal parking and having your customers entering in through the back door. You have to think about how you are presenting yourself as a business and due to your response and email that you sent me. I came into the store with my son to check it out because he had never been in the store before. He also wanted to ask a few questions about a recent computer he had built and trying to sell it. I had encouraged him to visit and talk to the staff hoping he could gain some insight and encouragement in pursuing his passion in building computers. After my son spoke with the sales person/employee, it was evident that he was not only spoken down to, but he was told that if he wanted a computer with those specks, he should have just come in and let them build the computer instead. The employee missed the whole point! The computer had the exact specks my son wanted. He just wants to sell the computer because he wants to continue to build more! He seemed surprised that a boy my son’s age had built the computer. My son has built a few computers and wants to continue to build them himself! The guy was rude and demeaning. I would never consider buying from this establishment. Additionally, I have read the company’s response to other bad reviews, stating that everyone has a right to their opinion and defending their reputation. So, please don’t feel the need to respond to my review in the same manner. It was obvious already to us that you are overly confident in what you do, what you lack is the ability to recognize a shared passion in a young boy. I was referred here a couple years ago for some repairs I needed for my desktop and laptop, and now I also use them to custom build new computers - I've never had a bad experience. Phil, Tim and Anna are all amazing - even though they are busy, they always take the time to explain what your options are, and when your computer is ready to pick up, they show you what they've done and make sure it is working to your satisfaction before you have to pay. They always call first before installing something that costs more than what they estimated, and they are often done even before they say they will be. I happily recommend them to everyone I know.

UPDATE 9/20/2017 - Another great experience! I wanted to upgrade a hard drive to give me room to expand and Phil gave me several options and then let me choose - no pressure to buy the more expensive ones. I had my computer back the same day and it is super-fast! They also thoroughly cleaned it inside and out so it won't be at risk for overheating. I had looked online at some hard drive prices and was impressed at how comparable theirs were - even with...
